Burger King — Restaurant in Rochester

This picture is typical for this BK. And this was on a Friday night. You know it has to be when they have a laminated sign. I would rather have BK over McDs and the BK app is SO much better than the McD app. But this BK is the absolute worst. I rarely ever go here but we were on the south side of town and had a good coupon. They are slow. They are likely to screw up your order. And they have a tendency to close early. I don't know if they can't hire competent employees or what. The other BKs in town have 6 or 7 people working the lunch and dinner rush. These guys usually have 3, 4 on a good day. I went for breakfast here once, 1 person at the drive thru, 1 at the counter and 1 in the back cooking. Took 20 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos and they weren't even busy, me and 3 other people. I asked after 10 minutes when they would be done. The girl in the back said, "Sorry. We're out of sausage." I told them I don't care what they put in it, I just want my food. I'd ask for a refund but that would probably take 20 minutes. It is the absolute worst BK I have ever been to. If you have the time, go to the one on Marion Rd or North...

I haven’t had Burger King’s breakfast since I was a kid and I had loved it. Since then I always went to the clown. However, I saw an ad for BK and it looked good so I tried it out this morning. Outside of building looked clean- no trash anywhere, staff was friendly and service was quick! However the food tasted like garbage. My French toast sticks were cardboard, the breakfast tots were WAY too greasy, and the eggnormous burrito was cold and just didn’t taste good at all. The picante sauce tasted like sour tomatoes. At least I can wash it down with an iced coffee right? BK has always had decent coffee. Wrong. Tasted like cold hot chocolate that has too much hot cocoa mix in it. Now, I’m not going to be dramatic and say “I’ll never eat BK ever again!” like some folks may. But, I will say that today they must have been having a really bad day. Very dissatisfied. Pulled up to the drive thru sat there for 10 minutes no one took our order pulled up to the window finally someone comes and she trys to hand us the wrong food we explained we would like to order. Finally we get our food ordered but then again she trys to had us the wrong food. So then she comes with our food. I have a food allergy so I always check to make sure they heard me nope.ketchup on my sandwich so we go in. I bite in to a fry cold and hard. Yuck. So I go to get it fixed to find out there is no manager its 2 workers that's it in the whole building at 6 on a Thursday cool so that's why it was so slow. They re made my sandwich and we making new fries i thought but i guess not because i got back even worse fries. These were like dark brown and stale yuck. Not impressed not...
