Dunkin' Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Rock Falls

The worst. Living fairly close to this location I've tried to overlook the many screw ups and rarely complain, but I've had enough. 1. They constantly run out of product... Large cups, caramel syrup, lids etc & sometimes it's taken weeks to get supplies in... 2. Their food is nasty... Decided to write this after once again getting an egg wrap that's wet, luke warm and tastes like fish... 3. My family bought a few drinks on my birthday last weekend and my daughter basically spit out their caramel frozen - (it was terrible, and an employee agreed with me when I told her about it the next day) ... Plus My latte was 1/2 full of foam in a med cup instead of the large, which the manager acknowledged was due in part to a new espresso machine) didn't notice till a few miles down the road. So a few days later I finally got a hold of the manager (guy, name starts with a D, for...) And he treats me like I'm possibly lying, which is fine - I get it bc I'd pull up with a backed-up detailed story like that just for kicks and a free coffee. Anyways he reluctantly offers to cover the ONE drink I've ordered and makes me pay for the wake up wraps, - the fishy ones - not only were they SO GROSS but the drink was luke Cold! ... Thank you manager for deciding not to be hospitable and treating me like a coffee criminal, this makes it so much easier not to waste another penny & concentrate on creating my own healthier coffees at home :) PS - this place is so bad they had to remove their Yelp account due to bad reviews ... I would head over to one of the many Caseys for your coffee and far superior food and donuts instead of wasting money here on horrible... Everything. My whole family was so happy that Dunkin Donuts was opening here, especially my son who loves Dunkin Donuts' Frozen Hot Chocolate. Now however, we couldn't be more disappointed. On our first visit, the man waiting on us was extremely unfriendly and curt. The donuts we ordered were so stale, even microwaving them didn't make them edible. We ended up throwing them away. The Frozen Hot Chocolate was great though, really delicious. Although our first visit was not good, we want to support local businesses, so we gave them a second chance. I assure you there won't be a third any time soon. On the second visit, we ordered three Frozen Hot Chocolates, and two scoops of ice cream. They did not give us Frozen Hot Chocolate. They gave us Frozen Mochas. We took them back and said there was some mistake because these were coffee flavored. The man said that's not true, I watched them make them myself. So, after basically being called a liar, I gave him the drinks and asked for my money back. He refused to give me my money back, but said he would remake them himself. This time the drinks, again, were not Frozen Hot Chocolate, but were some kind of maple coffee flavored concoction. At this point, we left and threw them in the trash. Absolutely insane! I ordered 2 medium caramel cream frozen coffees and 2 wake up wraps. they told me the price was $27 and some change at the drive-thru I thought. well they must have made a mistake and added something so I clarified at the window and she said no that's the correct price so I opted out of the bacon, egg and cheese wraps. I still ended up paying $18.58 for two coffees. This is crazy. I could not believe the price so I started hunting online and I realize that my receipt showed that I was charged extra 3.58 for whipped cream my order was ring up as two frozen coffees with all the extras added. When I brought my receipt back to let her know my concern she said she rang me up for the frozen coffees and not the coffee cream frozen coffee however, the only difference is is that she can charge me extra for the regular frozen coffee and it's all included in the caramel cream frozen coffee.
