Placed an order on the mobile app for two pumpkin donuts and when we went to pick it up she said they were out. I asked for a refund and she said āwe canāt do that, you have to do it through the app.ā Thereās actually no clear way to request a refund on the app and she couldnāt give me any direction. I said, āso you donāt have what I ordered, but you canāt issue me a refund, so you just get to keep my money?ā And she said, āwell, you can come tomorrow morning and get them.ā Um, I literally live 40 minutes away so thatās not possible. She finally offered me other donuts, but thatās not what I wanted. Seems suspicious that you ācanāt issue refundsā but you can sell a product on the app you donāt have in stock.
She was not empathetic at all, quite rude in fact. Very unfortunate experience and I will continue to pursue this because this unethical business practice. You should be ashamed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't give 5 stars EVER. There was a young lady that helped me with my free latte. I don't like bitter stuff at all and I've never used all my freebies there. She was a great help. It tastes yummy n super sweet. I also bought a bag of munchkins. Down side they were literally almost outta donuts. They maybe had 2-3 dozen MAYBE. But only like 6 kinds. All the ones I wanted they were out. I was also under impressed with the munchkins. They used to be a baker's dozen (13) for so much. Now they are only 10. š£. Disappointing. Also they used to have cream, custard n chocolate filled, but no longer. Those were my favorite. Service was the best n kindest I've seen ANYWHERE in such a long time. Wish it was closer. I'd go just for the service!!!! Sorry I forgot to get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive thru and no one answered after at least 5 minutes. I pulled around and was yelled at by the employee through the window that they were closed (they werenāt). She didnāt even open the window. When I said politely that they werenāt closed, she finally opened the window and continued to yell that it was a shift change and they werenāt open. She was exceptionally dismissive and rude. I have worked a drive thru, and never once did we close when it was time to change the drawer over. I completely understand that sometimes issues come up and you canāt serve - but that could have been communicated over the speaker when I pulled up if that was the case. I will not go back to this location, it looks like this is pretty typical here...
