So I guess they are picking and choosing who to give the ‘free bowl’ deal to. I went last week to redeem my reward and the system was down. I ended up having to pay tax, but the girl was kind and told me to come back next time to redeem my free bowl. I came back today to redeem it and it was different girl present, who was not welcoming at all. I was already aware that only signature bowls were included in the deal, as I told her. After making my bowl, she proceeds to give me the same total that I had last time when it was supposed to be a free bowl. I questioned it asking for clarification. She stated that out of the total time she’s been working there, it’s never been completely free and that you have to pay tax. I didn’t ask her how long she had been there, I just wanted clarification because it’s advertised as a free bowl deal and paying tax means that it isn’t free. Nonetheless, I told her okay and paid. Fast forward to my coworker who also went today to redeem her reward with a different girl, she got her bowl completely free. She said that the girl zeroed it out, which I find insane. I've visited this location once before and the bowl was delicious! It's been hard to get to this location after work because they close so early, but for my first visit, I was there a few minutes before closing and the employee was so helpful, polite, and patient! I actually attempted to go again today, after rushing down the road to grab my family, because I wanted them all to have this experience! When my husband went in the door, again, a few minutes before closing, the young lady told him she had already cleaned everything and was closed. I was definitely disappointed! Even with the price, I was prepared to purchase 4 bowls because my 1st experience was so great, buy not today!
