Went to subway because I had a coupon and was craving the Ultimate Meatball sub. I clearly stated what I wanted and the she still got it wrong. She did offer to remake it but there was a long line of people on their lunch. Reluctantly, I kept it. I will not be returning. 3 years later… Again went to Subway because of the BOGO foot long subs when you order via the app or online. I ordered The Boss for myself and the Turkey Cali Club for my daughter. She really enjoyed her sub but I wasn’t a fan of the boss because I didn’t like the cheese and the meatballs didn’t have enough sauce on them. I returned today to get the Turkey Cali Club. I love avocados and I was looking forward to it. When I took the sub out of the bag at home, I knew something was missing because of how lightweight the sub felt. Upon unwrapping it, I immediately noticed there was no smashed avocado on either sub. I returned to the store to request freshly made subs only to be told they were out of avocados. I actually said “guacamole” and the employee said they were out. I wasn’t informed they were out when I picked up my order and it did not specify it online. I simply asked for a refund. She asked me how much was it. 😯 I paused because I couldn’t believe she was asking me. I wasn’t given a receipt. So I didn’t remember the exact amount. She actually found the receipt beside the cash register And handed me cash. Ugh! So annoyed! But I still wanted that Turkey Cali with smashed avocado. Read moreThere was an employee working in there game was Ashley and there was also two other employees in there started to make my sandwich put the meat on the bread and turned and walked away left my sub just sitting on the counter for a good 5 minutes while the other girl rang up the customers in front of me like how hard was it for her to just go ahead and finish making my food what is stage is going to leave it sitting there going to roll in the open and go in the back and talk to the other employee and then come out and get on your phone when I asked the other employee why does she do this she stated that we had a lot to clean up I guess she had to clean up her data on her phone I've never been treated like this at Subway before I definitely think there needs to be some management thank you have...
Read moreI am at my wits end with this location. Most times when I have came here to eat, the doors are locked. There’s been times I have came during business hours and the location not be open. Today, the reason for not being open is due to staff shortages according to the sign on the door.
I understand staffing shortages, and my frustration isn’t towards the staff there, moreso the franchisee.
The reason why you cannot retain staff is due to the pay. I know this because I worked at this exact location close to 2 years ago and we were still having staffing issues. I can understand why, because we were all being paid $8-10. You cannot survive off of that.
Do better. Pay more. You will have more...
