Walgreens — Local services in Tega Cay

I've been a customer at this location for years now, but I will be taking my business to the CVS down the road. This is SOLELY because of the very rude "manager" Robin. I called ahead of time to make sure I was able to return 2 tires through their Fedex, spoke to an employee about it, then to a manager, who told me "yes, just make sure to wrap the return label with suran wrap and tape it as well" which I did. Now these tires were heavy. My husband carried them in, the "manager" Robin came up and told us they couldnt take the return, it was too big. I explained that I had spoken to a manager not 15 mins before, and what she told me to do. Robin said she spoke to everyone in there, and nobody could remember speaking with me... Acted like I was lying, and when the employee I had spoken to originally came up and said, yes, I spoke to her 1st and I transferred her to a manager, she "Robin" told him to HUSH. like seriously?? I am also reporting her to the corporate office. Walgreens you need to have better managers working for you. You lost a good customer who brought you a good bit of business. I'm redoing my review. Because I was complaining about the bad attitude That everyone had and they still do have it!! But now they're telling me that they can't refill a prescription because Out of stock and they're too lazy to call and check another location.Until I called back bitching about it.God please stop being so incompetent. And they don't know when they'll get it in!!! And it's something I take daily They treat everyone like pill heads at walgreens! I stopped to make a purchase at 9 pm. The parking lot was empty, but there was a homeless man standing at the door. I was by myself and didn't feel safe to get out of my car and go in the store. So, I left instead of feeling unsafe just to make a purchase. When I got home, I thought I would call and let the store know. I'm empathetic towards homeless people. I didn't want anything punitive to happen to him. I just thought the store might want to know a customer didn't feel safe going in due to a homeless man standing at the door. I was told that they know him and he won't hurt anyone, but if I didn't feel safe, I should go to CVS down the road. So much for customer care!! There was no concern about a woman feeling safe.
