Big Wok II — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I was really disappointed tonight. I ordered sesame chicken and pork fried rice, a egg roll and soup. The egg roll was cold. The sesame chicken was old teriyaki chicken that have been breaded and made into sesame chicken. Rice was freezer burnt. It was bad. That was $14 down the drain. The wonton soup was the best item I got. And the sesame chicken was soggy… usually it’s a little crunchy. It was also dark meat because teriyaki chicken is dark meat. I don’t eat dark meat. I didn’t realize all of this until I got Home. I hadn’t eaten here in a while and I definitely won’t be returning. Very disappointing because this was supposed to be a “treat” tonight. Wow, I really did not want to only 2 stars these folks. So, first off, I've been going here for the last 10 years, I always love their food... Today I ordered the Moo goo gai pan. The chicken was so dry, there was absolutely no moisture left there, awful. House fried rice missing something. The only thing figured here for the change, was the chef is new. I prefer the owners recipe of the so very moist white meat. I can't be the only one who has noted a change in prep and flavor or today themselves ordered the same or anything else and noticed a change. More saltier too. May...

Would be 5 stars, if only they offered delivery service. This place is hands down THE best Chinese cuisine in Rock Hill.

Staff is SUPER pleasant, friendly, & personable; they make you feel like "a regular", like you're family. Accommodating, they've never complained or gave me a hard time about a modification, request, or addition to an order.

Highly recommend the bourbon chicken dinner (with chicken fried rice); I get at least 3 meals out of one order! It's my 'go-to' whenever I eat there. Always delicious & plentiful.
