Not sure what all the hype is about with Zaxbys. They are always busy....eight cars deep at the drive thru. I gave them 5 stars for their customer service and I would only give their food maybe 3. We had the Southwest Salad and a 4 finger chix plate. The salad was mediocre ....it came w/ 1 pkg of dressing (maybe 3 Tabsp at best). Luckily I paid for extra and it still wasn't quite enough for such a big salad, which was mostly salad mix. The portion of roasted corn and tortilla chips weren't consistent with the amount of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in the bowl, and definitely didn't care for the spices they use on their fried chicken! I will say Zaxbys Southwest Salad was just a smidge better than Chick-fil-A's Southwest Salad, which is quite small and lacking lots of everything except whole leaves of tough Romaine lettuce, and I did not care for the salsa lime dressing or the pepitas at all. McDonald's had the best Southwest Salad of all time, it was loaded with lots of corn and black beans and Paul Newman's salsa ranch dressing on the side. We ordered a nibblers platter here, paid online, and the order was to be ready at 5:45. The order was placed over 24 hours in advance. I arrived to pick up the order and was told that no such order existed. They then all but accused me of having someone else pick the order up, earlier, and now I was trying to pick the order up again. They told me they could have a platter ready in around 8 minutes but that I would have to pay for it, again. I showed them my confirmation email and even the charge on my bank card. After some further digging by the manager, it was as though she had an "a-ha" moment and my platter was handed to me. No apology, nothing. My friend did manage to get a free box of fries out of one of the people working the register. On a previous visit, my wife used a buy one get one free coupon. She was charged for both meals, anyway, and had to ask for a refund for the second meal. She had told the worker that she was using the coupon prior...

That needs to change though. This latest incident kinda broke the camels back. Small things over the years pile up and this location messed up.
Ordered my usual wings and things and a drink with no ice. They said it was be an uncharge for no ice and I didn't really think about it. Got my food and drink and drove home. Got home drink was overfilled with ice. Like more than 75 percent. The upcharge was $1.50 for a NO ICE REQUEST.
I put up with the constant price hikes. I never believed that they raised them because of "supply chain issues." Because they would dropped the prices if that was the case. In and out didn't.
Im not angry anymore. I just hope that whatever gods you people serve give you your comeuppance when your time comes.
