Today December 1st around 1:20pm I went to this Starbucks to order a LARGE White Mocha with Sweet Vanilla Cold Foam With 2pumps of Peppermint. I pulled up to the drive thru said my order exactly the way I wrote It above ^^. The Barista through the microphone did not repeat my order just told me the price and that’s it. I didn’t think anything of bc I had confidence she had it right, I pulled up to the window gave her my card and she hands me a SMALL White Mocha with Sweet Vanilla Cold Foam With 2pumps of Peppermint.... I looked at her confused and said I ordered a Large not a small, she took the drink back & told me I said GRANDE Not VENTI. I told her NO I said LARGE then she rolls her eye at me and walks away. I was shocked at the fact that she was lying and telling me I said this word that I never used in my entire life. When I order my drink size I say small, medium or large not Grande, Venti and whatever the other word for whatever size is. I speak English/Russian not Italian. The girl at window made a mistake should have apologized & remade the drink with no issue, Not accusing me of lying & putting words in my mouth. Anyways she was rude and disrespectful remakes my drinks in a LARGE hands it to me without a receipt and closes the windows & walks away so fast before I had time to ask for a receipt... Read moreCame here Sunday morning after a long trip to get some revitalization. Gave our order 45$, cashier repeated multiple times in drive thru to make sure she had right which is great. The person on the headset was super nice, the person at the window was super nice. When we told them that we had ordered 2 of a latte they checked, and then asked again and then asked one more time. We said that we would just buy another one since that is what we ordered. Then someone behind the window said that we were lairs and that we didn't order two and if we wanted another we had to pull back around in the long line to get another. After that I told my wife let's just leave and then I put this review in. Just very disappointing that this person is employed here. I've grown to have such love for Starbucks due to their consistent service and products. Tell that kid thanks for trying to ruin our morning. Read moreDrove through on a trip - awful experience! Waited about 25 minutes for a mobile order because their drive thru system is so slow and inefficient. Then when I finally got my order, the “Dragon drink” had no dragonfruit pieces in it - just a watery drink with some coconut milk (see photo and compare it to what their website shows it should look like). The employee said “it tastes the same anyway” - NO IT DOESN’T and you know it! Since we’d waited so long already, I wasn’t going to make a fuss but I was very disappointed - the whole reason I ordered a dragonfruit drink was to have the dragonfruit in it! There no way on the app to complain, I’ve been waiting for an agent on the Starbucks chat service for 10 minutes and no sign of life so far. They make it as difficult for you to complain as possible - looks like they’d prefer it if I just took my business elsewhere!
