Ordered here for the first time today. Tried a variety of items to get a feel for the menu (and have lunch for tomorrow-LOL).
The house special soup was very good. Vegetables were cooked without losing consistency, and the broth was clean. There was just enough meat to add a contrast.
I also ordered an egg roll and a spring roll for appetizers. Both were deep fried and golden, but not overly greasy. Great flavor!
My wife had the sweet and sour chicken, and she said it was very good (she’s not a huge Chinese food fan), and she would happily order it again.
I had the Singapore Mei Fun, requested extra spicy. The flavor of the meat, along with the extra hot oil I requested (almost not needed), made for an extremely satisfying dinner. Very good!
I also ordered the house special fried rice (most of which will be for lunch tomorrow), and had a sample of it. The flavor was spot-on. Excellent flavor without being overdone.

It seems like they have cheapened their ingredients or tried to speed up efficiency to the point of losing a LOT of quality. Maybe I’ll try back in a few months, I hope they go back to previous methods of cooking. He like his human shrimp after adding a lot...

COVID will be here forever now so...
