Disappointed. I placed a mobile order when I was in range on another Taco Bell and made the mistake of picking the wrong location (I didn’t know this until later in my visit). Went through the DT and was told at the speaker that they didn’t receive my order. Proceeded through the line and spoke with employee at the DT window. She was rude and unhelpful. There weren’t any cars behind me waiting when I was at the window. Before I could speak the lady told me to drive around to the parking lot and wait 5-10 minutes and then try again. I realized I placed the order at the wrong location and tried to explain but the lady talked over me again. All I ordered was a bean burrito and a med soda, would have been easy for her to ring me at the window, like I said no one was behind me. The only good thing I can say about my experience is I learned that the app allows a customer to cancel their order and will issue a refund (in 5 days). But when you constantly short your customers on their order is unacceptable. I don't know if it's their P.O.S. system, or whether it's the employee's not doing any quality checking. Our "single" trip to get food never happens at Taco Bell. We always end up going back to get our corrected or (multiple) shorted items. These are ALL mobile orders, and clearly state items and requested ingredients. I don't understand why this is so hard for a "fast" food chain that takes 3 to 4 times as long to make food than any other chain. This past time we ordered online to make things quick and easy so nothing would be messed up, but there was literally no meat on our items. They locked the door for the store and the line was backed up so I called to see if they would fix it and they got attitudes. They finally came out of the store and I had shown them what was in our boxes and the girl was so rude.
