Subway — Restaurant in Rock Springs

Went to just have a nice lunch with my family. I understand lunch time is busy but the workers really need to learn how to keep calm in a rush. I bought meals and my kid wanted the cookie instead of chips and she straight up told me it only comes with chips. I know a meal comes with chips OR cookie. I paid sat down and enjoyed my lunch then realized she also charged us for another sandwich. Went to get a refund and the manager was very ticked off that we wanted a refund he charged us twice for the same meal and said it will be on our card tomorrow. My husband was very confused as to why he didn’t just refund us the difference and the manager proceeded to cuss at us for not understanding saying he doesn’t have f’n time for this then called the cops for trespassing. This store is pathetic two nights ago I ordered pick up after getting home the subs where so oily they fell out if the wrapping and they where messy so tonight I went in and after waiting for over 10 minutes I ordered my sub they where out of flatbread and they didn't have all the meat put on my sub and out of black olives and I was charged for a full sandwich the bread was so dry it just crumbled so that's 3 sandwiches in 4 days that went into the garbage And for the employees sloppy dressed one had in his hat pulled down to his eyes the other one had a yellow beanie hate on is this a business or a teen hangout I seen 9 people walk out sure corporate would love tha that and the store was a mess the boards where they prepare the food where nasty the floor was covered with there gloves never again will I or my family I order...

It's unfortunate there are negative reviews for this location, but it's difficult to please everyone. I'm normally not one to write reviews, but when I do it's because the customer service is exceptional. I will not provide the gentleman's name in this review just to maintain his privacy, but both times I've been to this location he has been absolutely stellar. Not just with his superb customer service skills, but also towards his ability to make a great sandwich. I'm the kind of guy that likes a well made sandwich and I take great appreciation in the person that provides that exceptional service for me. I really appreciate the little things in life and this kind of service always puts a smile on my face. I know it may not seem like a big deal to others, but I really do appreciate the exceptional service. Keep up...
