2.5 minutes to get acknowledged after walking in.

Soured sweet tea and unsweetened tea. In the front lobby. Which is sad as it takes tea a good amount of time for this to happen.

Food sat on the counter for at least three minutes before the guy making food looked up and realized my food was sitting there dying. I found out his name is Jaden and he is the Assistant Manager. He is the only good thing I found in the store.

The manager couldn't bring my food to the front counter and call my name she just shoved my food off to the side, but the very next order was a lady and she ran it to the front counter and called her name out. So did she discriminate against me because I'm a male. It was a very sexist thing to do. And then the next order after that was a female as well and she walked it out and called her name as well. So at this point I feel belittled and made to be less than because I'm a male. This manager doesn't deserve her title and I truly believe after watching the line and the quality that Jaden should be given the manager position as I know that this will help your pour reviews on this store.

Very little potatoes compared to all other Taco Bells . Luke warm and more sour cream than cheese. It's supposed to be a 50/50 blend

Crunch wrap supreme first bite only lettuce. Next bite sour cream and lettuce. See picture the sour cream is all in one corner. Meat is non existent.. found a small tablespoon of meat in one of my last bites.

Beefy 5 layer burrito first bite mouth full of sour cream. Towards the middle of the burrito I got a mouth full of beans . One of the worst beefy 5 layer burritos in my life.

The only reason service is a 2star is because of Jaden as he went above and beyond multiple times while I was inside sitting where I could watch the line. This man deserves a raise and if not he should go to a restaurant that will appreciate his...

So I walked in here and immediately noticed that it was dirty; food all over the floor in every area, tables dirty with food and trash, stuck on food stuffs that had to have been sitting for a while.

Anyways so for some reason I went ahead and ordered 5 items. I waited about 10 minutes. The guy who ordered after me got his food and sat down. There is a perfect view of the kitchen from right in front of the register. So I was waiting and keeping a skeptical eye on everybody. The man who got his food sat down, opened the wrapper and looked at a taco, and took it back to the cashier and said "I didn't order this." She said ok, and said the other employee must have put it on his tray by mistake. So she puts it back in the kitchen RIGHT NEXT TO MY FOOD. They literally wrap it back up, put it on a tray with the other 4 items of mine, and give it to me.

I was looking at her like, "no way you think you can take food back from another customer and give it to me." The worse part was she was kinda eyeing me the whole time like "does this guy know that we shouldn't do this?"

I asked for a full refund of everything and told them that they can't do that, and they should KNOW they can't do that! I left there in slight disbelief. Seriously, if they are doing that kind of thing in front of customers, you can only imagine what is going on in the...

0/10 Do NOT recommend. Service was extraordinary slow. Out of four meals and two burritos ordered, one item was correct. We should have received 12 soft shell tacos, one cantina burrito and one cheesy bean and rice burrito; instead, we received 6 hard shell tacos, four double beef supreme burritos and one cantina burrito. All of which were both cold and inedible. I called miles down the road, as we were driving through Wyoming, from Colorado, to our destination in Utah. They refused to refund my money; I asked for a manager who was wholly honest helpful and said he would bring his “management” into the conversation. I called back for an update on my refund of $52, given that is the amount the store stole from me and I was cussed out by someone at the store. I talked with “management”, who were equally concerned helpful, unsympathetic, unprofessional and rude in their interaction. As of now, a week later, there is not a resolution or response for the store stealing money from me.
