I ordered online through the app. It's not a super crazy complicated drink that I get usually but I like to give the barista's a little extra time to prepare my orders since they are busy and people can people the people out of a person. When I walked in, roughly 5 mins after my order was ready, I walked to the tip jar and put some cash in the jar and proceeded to the pick up counter. There were a couple barista's working but I was not greeted at all. After standing at the counter for a few mins (not rushing them because again they are working hard) one of the barista's asked if I needed something. I stated I was picking up an order. There was a drink sitting on the counter but it was not what I ordered so I didn't grab it. She gestured towards the drink on the counter and I very apologetic stated mine was meant to be iced. I apologized for being difficult. She did apologize and quickly remade my beverage. Although it was still made incorrectly ( missing several things that I paid extra for) I took the drink, thanked them for their time, and left. This is the 3rd time in a week my drink has been made incorrectly, remade, and still incorrect or missing items. I chose not to correct them a second time because it feels wasteful and it's just time consuming. I feel it's more productive to voice it and let the employees at this location know that I see them. I know working is not the most enjoyable thing to do. That said please remember you have a beautiful opportunity working in retail. You have the chance to make someone smile. Your presence may be the one that keeps a stranger in this world. Give yourself a break and fall in love with the people again. I'm not angry. I don't want anyone in trouble. I just want to bring to light that I see you. I see your efforts and I appreciate you just showing...
Read moreThe last 4 times I’ve went to Starbucks they refuse to give me what I’ve ordered and instead given me what they thought I’ve meant. I finally broke down and called and they said most people are meaning to order the drink they give me so they just assumed I was looking for that specific drink. I asked how to order what I wanted so it would be clearer and we wouldn’t have this issue moving forward, they said to just add on it wasn’t the drink on the menu that every one doesn’t order correctly. So I bring my full drink back go through there very slow drive through again place my order with the added sentence so they won’t assume my order again. Get to the window hand back my full coffee that was wrong because again THEY ASSUMED I didn’t want what I ordered and instead gave me a comply different drink. They handed me my new drink, and I paid. It doesn’t really seem fair that i had to pay twice because they assumed I wanted a shaken espresso when I ordered a latte. I get that both of them have brown sugar syrup and oat milk but a latte and a shaken espresso are different. I shouldn’t have to pay because they assumed I didn’t want what...
Read moreI love Starbucks, but I would not recommend this location. When going through the drive thru I ordered my coffee and I asked what flavors they had the lady said all the flavors really fast and through the speaker and how fast she was talking you couldn't hear a word she was saying and so after not hearing the flavors I asked if she said cookie dough she said "no! I didnt say that." I was like alright what did u say and she never replied. So I said alright do u just have vanilla I thought that was the simplest/safest choice but I guess not becauss she goes no but we have the polar bear that has vanilla flavoring. So I go sure just give me two of those. And for a grande frape and 2 cake pops it was $10. Yes my food came fast but when I got my food my coffee tasted like water. Not even coffee and my cake pops were nothing close to vanilla. On top of the rudeness of the cashier I payed $10 for a watery coffee with chunky wiped cream on top and a cake pop that looked like a 5 year old made it out of mud and rocks. I'd recommend McDonald's over this Starbucks. I certainly do NOT recommend...
