Summary: The good old teriyaki chicken and other protein that we know and love! They're still standing after the pandemic as other food court places have shut down. Prices start at $8.09 for chicken teriyaki and portions are smaller. Still taste good though.
Malls aren't complete without Sarku Japan and I'm really happy to see that this one is still around at the Rockaway mall. Inflation sucks and I definitely saw it with the increase in prices vs the portion sizes that Sarku offers now. The chicken teriyaki is still my favorite.
Choose between chicken, beef, and other protein. Prices vary depending on the protein type. Then choose white rice, fried rice, or lo mein. Veggies or no veggies, just let them know. And then you gotta ask for extra sauce at the end! They also have sushi but I wouldn't recommend it.

Like many places I think their prices have gone up from about $7 to $9. For a quick light meal cheaper and more healthful than McDonald’s.
