Pros:

• Clean and Colorful: The facility was well-maintained, with vibrant colors that added an extra layer of excitement to our visit. • Rock Climbing Fun: The rock climbing area was a huge hit, especially with the kids. It’s challenging enough to keep them engaged but safe enough for parents to feel at ease. • Family-Friendly Environment: The atmosphere is perfect for families looking to spend a quality day out. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. • Exceptional Staff: The staff at Xtreme Energy were extremely nice and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made our visit smooth and delightful.

Cons:

• Limited Acrobatic Freedom: While the trampolines were a lot of fun, the restriction on flips was a bit of a letdown for the kids. For mommies, however, five stars because mommies prioritize safety, and flips can be a bit nerve-wracking when it comes to the little ones.

I can't say enough good things about this place, but I want to share our two biggest ones since my kids (4 and 6 year old) have a blast every time we come. #1 Birthday party I had booked a room for my 25 guests for my 6 year old birthday party in feb 2025. Well, being a very busy mom it never accoured to me to check the location of my booking. I thought there was only one Xtreme energy playground so it never crossed my mind to check the address. The day of the birthday party arrived and to my surprise I had booked the wrong location and not the rockaway one. But thank God and the wonderful staff and amazing managers they were able to clean a room and make our birthday party happen. All the decorations were amazing, the food and the staff member who helped us was super nice! That they were able to accommodate u äs was a huge blessing, I don't know what we would have done otherwise. Best of all they did it all with a smile and made me feel better even though it was I who had messed up. Really appreciate it 🙏

#2 My daughter loves doing the climbing wall, and for thr first time ever did the helmet sit a little loose and when my daughter came down, she tripped and hit the wall and hurt her ear. Well the staff, again, wonderful! They gave us an icepack and checked on my little girl. A few minutes later came another staff member to check on us and gave us a fresh ice pack. Third time came the manager and gave my daughter a juice box and an oreo. I mean waao this small gesture really warmed my heart.
