McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockaway

I called about something missing from my order. The woman who answered spoke almost no English at all and when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I couldn't understand what she was saying and very likely asked her if there was anyone else I could speak to. She said no and hung up on me. I called back because I was angry but had to call 47 times in a row to get someone to answer. Another girl, younger answered, and she asked what I needed and add I started to explain she giggled and hung up. I kept calling back and after 15 more tries I got someone who spoke English and she refused to tell me who I spoke to specifically the first time and then told me that neither the manager nor anyone in the whole store but her spoke enough English to understand me. I think that's absolutely ridiculous. Plus to hang up on and laugh at dissatisfied customers? No I'm gonna be complaining to everyone all throughout my social medias. It's only 25 thousand ppl but that's good enough for me. They shouldn't be working if they can't speak enough English to at least get by and they definitely shouldn't be working if they think laughing at and repeatedly hanging up on a dissatisfied customer is in any way appropriate. I hope she loses her job over...

There is no way the positive reviews for this location are legit. I would never go here except I have a kindergartner and I like to be able to offer the occasional happy meal as a treat. One small positive is this is the rare location that has a playland even if it is disgusting. This location must have all prices set at the highest level McD corp allows. While sitting with my kid in playland I was temporarily interested in trying the chicken big mac until I saw a meal combo was 15 bucks. But pricing is not the main reason this place is garbage. The indoor restaurant is not maintained at all. The staff seem like they are sleepwalking and the only evidence of life is you can tell they are actively avoiding customers. The place is filthy and service takes forever. Please for the love of god corporate take away this operators franchise agreement and give it to...

It's 8:24pm the manager is a horrible person, she is rude, she has attitude everyday is the same thing with this horrible lady,she is always in a bad mood, even with kids, she is a monster. I don't understand why she is working as a manager in this McDonald the owner get a better person to be a manager, I don't know what is wrong with this ugly lady, she was so rude with my daughter, my daughter was on the pick up spot just putting her money in her wallet and this horrible monster manager asked my daughter what do you do want?? My daughter just looked at her and I said don't pay attention, I am a man and always avoid this kind of monster people, shame on her we are customer and she can't treat us like that.
