Arby's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

My husband and I were there to pick something to eat after work, and we were waiting about 10 mins in the drive thru there were 2 cars in front of us, and we finally order and we get to the window and waited about 15 mins to pay no cars in front of us 1 customer inside the restaurant finally the "manager" comes and we pay for our food, so we asked is our food almost ready? He said I hope so we been under staff for the last 2 days, I'm not even supposed to be here, but no apologies for the delay or anything so we waited 15 mins and nothing, and finally I knocked in the window and he came and I asked for the money back and he said "I can't give your money back I just started to make your order," we are yes you can give us our money back, he said no I can't I can give you different food but not your money, I said what happen to the return policy you haven't even give us our food, and finally he did refund our money, but he was such in a bad mood that he didn't even apologize for being under staff. Never ever ever we are going back to this...

If I could give them 0 stars i would. I took my family yesterday & my son ordered a meal. When we got to the window, a heavy set white guy with medium to dark brown hair came to the window with NO mask. After asking him "Aren't you required to wear masks in a restaurant while making food?" He said "Well I can put it on if you want me to" The damage was already done so I told him to cancel my son's order & he said "ok. Have a nice day" They are NOT requiring masks to be worn while around food which means they can cough, sneeze, talk, spit & breathe on customer's orders. VERY unprofessional & we will not go back again. Sad because my son likes their food...

It's not to far from where I live. Making it to easy for me to have all there delicious foods. Lol. But seriously Arby's is a better and higher quality of foods. The menu is super easy to read and anything you order will be great,even for the healthy eaters with specialty salads and wraps,club sandwiches. There is a kid's menu that's reasonably priced. When I go I always get something different. If it's new I'm trying it. Have always been a club girl but with this menu I'm constantly getting a extra something, you know for later. Wink wink.
