Bucciferro Family McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I'm only giving them one star because otherwise you can't write a review. But they don't even deserve that!! I've always had issues when I come to this location. This is the closest McD to my house and well we think they'll improve with time but they just don't. Tonight was the LAST time I stop by here. I rather drive 10 extra minutes to another location then to stop by this one again. They always end up either screwing my order, charging me the wrong amount, making me repeat myself over and over again, and to top it all the waiting is TERRIBLE at times. Isin't it supposed to be a FAST food restaurant? Tonight I was stuck there for 40 minutes! I waited about 20 minutes in line the first round. When I pulled up my brother noticed we were missing food. But the lobby was already closed so we got back in line. The cashier told us we weren't the only ones that had a screwed order tonight and to wait in line. So we waited another 14 minutes. When I pulled up I let them know I was missing 20 pcs of nuggets. I had ordered 40 and only got 20. So they gave us a bag. When I pulled up a tad to let the next customer get her order my brother lets me know again we are still missing 10 pcs. So I get down because I was NOT going to wait another 10 minutes in line a THIRD time, for something that should've been done right the first time. And the employees begin being rude and telling me to go around because they are not planning on opening the door. So i asked to speak to the manager since they seemed to be having issues just handing me the 10 pcs I was missing. it took them a while before she decided to get close and hear me out. Then she begins arguing with me, even after I showed her the bags of food and receipt. She goes back inside with an attitude and brings my food back out frustrated, as if she had any reason to be. And like I said this is not the first time something like this has happened. But sometimes it's just enough. I came here because I was in a rush and it was on the way home. I spent $30 on food. I got 3 mins to my home and when I was feeding my family realized EVERYTHING was cold/old/wrinkled from it being OLD and sitting under a hot light which is the only reason it was able To pass as fresh when it was passed to me. Because I had alsrrady began to feed my hungry family I knew the food could not be refunded but I wanted to call just to express my disappointment in my order. When I called I was given to manager Rebeka. She was nice with her greeting and that is absolutely all. I spoke in a very calm and even tone as I was not angry at all but just wanting to pass along feedback. She refused to listen or let me finish a sentence dispite my complete calm and even dea minor she huffed and groaned while I was trying ti explain anything. The call lasted all of 2 minutes ending in her saying to bring the food and receipt back and she would replace it. As said before I never intended to do that however the complete disregard and blatant disconcertment with me calling prompted me to return to this location. Where I was then LIED to by the same woman that spoke to me over the phone by telling me she wasn’t the women over the phone 😑. This surprises me about McDonalds; for a big company that has succeeded around the world, they are not consistent. Yesterday I went through this drive-through and asked for hot tea with honey and lemon, and when I got to the window I asked "Is this hot tea with honey and lemon?" and the lady said "I forgot the lemon." so it took her a few seconds and I had a slice of lemon. OK. This morning, I went through the same drive-through and asked for hot tea with lemon and honey. I got to the window and said "Is this hot tea with honey and lemon?" and a different lady said "Wait.. . OK, I just put some honey in the bag" When I got to my office I took everything out of the bag and there is no tea; just hot water with lemon, and honey in the bag. Yesterday there was a spoon for the oat meal and one for the tea. Today there is only one spoon. I'm not complaining; it's just that it has often surprised me that McDonalds is so...
