Bucciferro Family McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

So...I ordered food for myself through Doordash on April 10th, 2025. Got a Mcnugget meal, but when I got my food, I only got nuggets and no fries. No biggie. I requested a refund for the missing food and figured stuff happens.

But then tonight, my fiance' and I both ordered Mcnugget meals through Doordash. Again. We got the nuggets. But neither of us got fries. Additionally, the soda I received reeked of cheap perfume, or lotion, or something. I took the lid off, and that helped, but the smell was all over the glass, and I had to hold my breath so my soda didn't taste like soap.

Not sure what's going on at this location, but management needs to step it up and make sure orders are complete. Especially for Doordash. I don't like having to request refunds for missing items because that causes my drivers to get their tips docked. They certainly aren't responsible for this issue because I know those bags are taped off before they even get them, so they have no way of checking to make...

This is the worst Mcdonalds. I ordered a salad and clearly and slowly said I wanted a grilled bacon ranch salad with French dressing. They rang it up wrong and over charged me for extra bacon which I did not ask for. So I had to reverse back to ask why my order was wrong and why I was overcharged. The manager proceeds to refund me my money in nickels (I paid with a card). The manager yells to make sure they put French dressing in the bag. I get to the second window and wait. It smelled really bad. I’m not sure if it was coming from the inside or the outside. They give me my food and I look in the bag and there was no French dressing. So I had to correct them once again. This place really needs help. They need to have security of some sort. I went through the drive-through and was waiting at the speaker. The workers kept saying hold on. So I was simply just waiting at the speaker when a person came right up to my window and asked me for a quarter, I did not have a quarter on me and I simply shook my head. I did not have any words with him. And he began to have a meltdown on me because of the “type” of car I was driving, I should have given him a quarter. And started freaking out on me. I did not feel safe at all in this was in the middle of the day. I also stopped getting gas here a few years ago because of how many homeless people and drug addicts will come up to your car if you stop, now the drive-through is...
