Burger King — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Going through the drive through a female taking my orders was rushing me with my orders, claiming she couldn't hear me because I was on the phone which I wasn't. We were trying to figure out what we wanted but rushed into ordering. She was going so fast that she didn't give me time to get my order out because we were still deciding but she kept rushing and then told me my order was already set in and we couldn't change anything and proceeded to rush me to the window. Then I got upset and shouted at her to hold on because she wasn't listening to what I was saying just kept rushing me and it went to a back and forth claiming she said we couldn't change the menu they way we wanted. Now things are heated and she wasn't taking my orders. Very unprofessional like dealing with child. Yes I didn't handle myself in the right manner either but the cause was from her rush ordering tactics. Then I went the the Burger King in loves park and they gave me what I asked...

Slowest BK anywhere. Every time I come here I have to wait awhile for my food. This time I decided to use my stopwatch to time how long it took. Pulled right up to the menu and my friend was told that they would be right with her. About a minute later she was informed that they were out of onions and mayo. Another minute goes by and they finally take her order. Pull around the corner and there is a van at the window already. Two and a half minutes go by and the van is taken care of. We pull up to the window and it's a little over eight minutes before we are done paying and receive the order. There was noone inside due to the pandemic and drive thru traffic is all they have to deal with and it still took 12.5 minutes to get our order taken and receiving our food. Amazingly the order was correct this time but I know people who get their orders messed up here regularly on top of always having to wait a long time. If you can, avoid...

The worst burger king I have ever been to. Never seen a fast food resturant have closing hours listed as 12am but have customers waiting over 30 minutes at drive thru and then not take an order for any customer and shut down 15 minutes before 12am by shutting down all lights outside.

Also I their food is either burnt or the drive thru employees do a major mistake in your order on constant basis. This location locks the front door near the drive thru so customers cant come in restaurant to complain. Finally the customer service number at drive thru is intentionally missing certain numbers so when you call to leave complaint it goes to a security company. I have never seen a poorly managed restaurant like this stay open for this long. Burger king corporate needs to get involved and make a complete change or someone will get sick or hurt at this location due to meat not being cooked propely, and...
