The food was good. I had the bacon-egg & Cheese bagel sandwich, coffee and coffee roll. My wife had the Avocado toast. It's a treat to go out for any kind of breakfast. So we treated ourselves with what we were craving. The self serve checkout was fine until we tried to pay with our DD Gift card. The machine was not set up to take it, inconvenient. The employees were busy filling the drive thru customers so we had to wait a moment for someone to manually take our order. That was okay, and the service was fast after our order was taken. The environment: The place felt a little cramped, so we didn't sit down. In fact, I feel the employees should have a bit more navigation room. They worked as a team and well together considering they were walking on top of one another trying to help customers and each other out. I wish the sitting area was bigger and more inviting. I would think as a business you would want a relaxing set up for customers to hang out a little while and enjoy their food. In the future corporate should consider that when they set up...

I had made a mobile order that included and iced coffee.. Chocolate long john & what was supposed to be a Chipotle loaded hashbrowns! that they had me waiting for.. while employees were looking at me waiting in the drive-through.. One proceeded to ask me AFTER walking pass about 3 times.. “are you waiting for something” i told her i was waiting for a long time for my loaded hashbrowns.. so they proceeded to “make them” ended up receiving a wake up wrap! i told the girl that’s not what i ordered and showed her my receipt on my mobile app.. they went to “make it again” received the wrong thing again!!! i was sooo over it already.. come on dunkin! Read moreTelling everyone I know to never use Dunkin again. I went up to the counter and waited 8 minutes, trying to get someone's attention to place an order. I ended up having to use a kiosk to place an order, which didn't even allow me to order 6 glazed munchkins which I could clearly see behind the glass. Another person walks in and is able to order from the counter and gets his donuts and walks out while I end up waiting 10 minutes just for them to tell me that part of what I ordered on the kiosk isn't even available. Didn't offer to give me a like for like or refund, so I lost money. The donuts I did get were cold, hard, and the frosting had the consistency of runny snot. They were just thrown willy nilly on top of each other in the box and became a big mess when I got it.
