My boyfriend and I frequent the location of 1601 N. Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61107 at least three times a week. Every time we go the employees treat us as if we are scum. If they say anything to us it's only a few words and half the time they don't even say two words to us. I asked for a spoon because every drink we buy is not stirred at all; the ingredients are just dumped into a cup and handed to us. The girl handed me a three inch stir stick expecting me to mix my large iced coffee with it. We had ordered two large caramel iced coffees tonight at 7:30 pm and the male employee was beyond rude. He wouldn't look at us and didn't say anything to us. He gave us our drinks which ended up having absolutely no caramel in it, along with what tastes like water with a dash of coffee. The drinks were disgusting and had to be thrown out. I promptly called the store and the same employee answered, telling me he's a manager which he is not, and said it wasn't his problem and that he would have the morning manager take care of it. Every time we go in the store we have problems with every single employee. They never tell us the total; which we know the exact amount because we order the same thing every time we go. They do not ever stir our drinks, just dumping the ingredients in the cup and handing us our order. We have to repeatedly ask for items. They don't say one word to us and if they do it's very short, like we are an inconvenience to them. My boyfriend and I are loyal customers and spend roughly $40-$50 a week in coffee at the location, with the same experience every time. I am beyond upset with the way that store is run. I do not want to find another company to buy my coffee from but after tonight I'm seriously debating on never returning. We would like to have something done so everyone does not have to experience such horrible service...
   Read moreUPDATE: buyer beware when using the app. Ordered two drinks via the app for pick up. Git to the store and they were completely out of the supplies for both drinks. They apparently were unable to refund me! Um what??? I asked for 2 other drinks, one of which they were out of.. settled for 2 iced coffees which were definitely cheaper than the items on our mobile order.. no refund.. no offer of the balance on a gift card.. NOTHING!!!! Basically they kept the overage. Wow. I tried to give them another chance but, as they say "took one up the butt" on this order. That does it.. I'm out.. you will not be getting my business again.. I've told all of my friends to watch out on the app purchases.. you guys screwed me over.. keep it up.. you will go out of business and you will deserve it..
The positive is that usually the drive through moves pretty quickly. The negative is that there is no point in placing a mobile order if I have to sit in line to pick it up. We have never had an issue with our mobile ordering orders however we are changing to mobile ordering at a Starbucks not far away. Yesterday we placed a mobile order but when we got to the store the line fir drive through was huge! Since we already paid for the order, when you place a mobile order, we were forced to wait in line. We waited 16 minutes!!! I cannot wait that long. There is literally no point on mobile ordering, you STILL have to sit in the drive through line. If we mobile order from Stsrbucjs it is ready when we arrive and we can walk inside and pick up the order. There is no covid reason why Dinkkin should not allow customers to walk in and pick up orders. Sorry dunkin. Im out.    Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would and I am not one to write reviews. I am FED up with this place. Horrible staff, POOR attitudes from the staff every single morning. Iâve been going here religiously for a year now. Dunkinâ on N Alpine staff are all rude, inpatient and inconsiderate. I go there every morning after dropping the girls off at school and every day they have a piss poor attitude. If they make my coffee wrong and I ask them to remake it they try to argue with me. I sat there 15 mins before they even helped me this morning and it was dead. Another lady couldnât get the kiosk to work so she asked for assistance and they got snappy with her to the point I had to help her because she was frazzled and couldnât find her order on the system. THEN I tried to tell the worker that it wouldnât let me add the right amount of shots into my coffee and she said just tell the other worker and she will add it. As I was telling the lady the shots she says âhurry up add them, hurry upâ Then she gives me my coffee, I see it doesnât have the cream in it and I told her it needed cream. She literally took my coffee and said âyou want more cream, hereâs more creamâ and poured some in my cup and passed it to me. My hands are all sticky because of the way she recklessly pushed my coffee. đĄ Fire all of your staff and get people that treat your customers with some respect!!!! đĄ Sincerely, a tired mama that barely does anything for herself and is nice to everyone. I bet they didnât think I was so nice today. I am frustrated with this place and can not believe they are even allowing those staff members...
