Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Ordered two breakfast croissants and one barely any croissant bread on the top of it. Called to complain and young lady that answered the phone. She stated I could come back and she will have another made but I had to work and couldn't come right back up there. This is not the first time this has happened either. I begin stating I wanted to file a complaint and asked for manager. She started she was the manager. I asked for her name and she stated "for safety reasons she cannot give me her name "", what?????!!!!!. Never heard such a thing. At this point I didn't believe she was a manager. I asked is there another manager working later that day and she said she's the only one and the other managers are out sick or time off. I asked for her name again and she refused to give it to me again. I stated I didn't believe she was a manager and she then proceeded to cut me off and then disconnected the phone. I called back and she answered the phone. At this point I was highly upset with being hung up on and tried to get her name again and asked why did she hang up. She stated because I yelled at her and continued to refuse to give me her name. I responded no I didn't and that she just cut me off and hung up. but on this second call I was yelling after being cut off and hung up on. I will be complaining...

Placed an order for all the kids coming to a total of 34 dollars asked to speak to a manager she said her name was Andrea. I began to tell Andrea about how I could hear the girl taking the order at the window sighing after every donut I ordered I only got a dozen and a half. She seemed upset at me ordering for more then one person then I asked her if it was easier or if they had a deal on getting a dozen in a half rather then 17 donuts which is what I was at and she seemed confused. Overall terrible experience I got home to find the Boston cremes were turned upside down and I had to scrape the frosting off the box for my wife and put it back on the donut. Also I asked for 2 jelly donuts and they were not in the box. I usually get Starbucks iced lemon tea infusion so I tried Dunkin’ Donuts ice tea lemonade and I asked if it had sweetener and they said no so I said double sweeten it. I get home and the drink is disgusting it tastes like pure sugar so obviously the drink is sweetened. Horrible experience would not recommend Dunkin’ Donuts on 11th st the establishment is a shame. Will take my money elsewhere next time to competent...

worst experience with fast food in my life. I have a gift card which they refused to run. They gave me burnt nasty food and when I called for a refund the first time they hung up on me. Then I called corporate. I drove all the way back for my refund and they still refused to use the gift card. I returned this food that my dog wouldn't even eat and got get this a partial refund. These people ruined my whole day and then they asked me not to come back/ LOL I would never in my life spend money at this dunkin donuts again. I am looking forward to the follow up with the owner of this location. Corporate said he is to call me within 48 hours. I never leave bad reviews but this was definitely warranted. Guess that's why Starbucks wins every time. I wish I would have taken pictures of the black and soggy hash browns and half burned half raw grilled cheese so that the whole...
