McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I don't know what's happening to McDonald's or McDonald's Branch supervisors they're obviously not doing their job I've been to more than one McDonald's in Rockford and they all seem to have a low standard and do not comply not even with McDonald's own standards I just came off this McDonald's here on 11th Street may I say one of the worst Services I have ever received the manager there Park me just for a strawberry banana smoothie left me waiting almost 10 minutes I had to drive back to standards as well the drive through window she didn't even remember that she parked me and told me to wait for my smoothie After Time passed I went back to the window and she didn't even remembered and that's crazy and their standards are very low the quality is low MacDonald really needs to start sending out supervisors to supervise the store and I don't mean talking about the store supervisors he has a store supervisors here have low standards as well they need to start sending people directly from corporate that's number one and number to do better on their hiring process make sure they're hiring the right crew members number 3 if they sold a franchise they have to be stronger on the franchises they're selling and more stricter to making them comply to the real McDonald's standards and values up to date there's still not been one McDonald's that I have been in Rockford Illinois the actually works like it's supposed to and actually represents McDonald's values and operations not one so I don't know what's happening with the higher-ups in McDonald's but they really need to start paying attention to their business because McDonald's here in Rockford has very low standards values and even maintaining cleanliness up to business and that's one of the reasons I have not been visiting McDonald's like I used to it's...

Came in today feb 20 at 10:20 Was in a rush but needed to use restroom, so I came inside and after restroom I thought would be faster to order at register … I had to wait for a cashier a good 3-4 minutes standing there until I asked a lady if they had a cashier or I needed to order through drive thru . Later a cashier came with a very ugly attitude and not wanting to take my coupon code … I order the two sandwich deal (egg and cheese on emuff) but she ringed it up wrong she put meat so I asked her to get a new one because I don’t eat pork Fast forward I ate one sandwich which was cold , but it tasted Smokey .. so I was mad because basically they only took the meat out and gave me same sandwich with cold cheese … I opened the other one to see if it was the same and boom surprise GREEN EGG. I obviously didn’t eat it and didn’t have time to go back . I just threw it to the side . Went to my appt 45 mins away Came back from appt 45 extra mins And my car was stinky like a rotten egg! I ate one whole sandwich while pregnant and I wonder if it was rotten too 🤬🤬 and I know sometimes eggs turn green when overcooked or when you cover them .. but why would my car smell like rotten egg after 1:30 hrs of sandwich being...

Horrible service, hour long lines, old food, they forget about you in curbside, took my money and have to wait 10 days to get it back, stole my rewards points and never came out to give me the order and couldn't go in because they were remodeling, you ask for extra ice, you get less than if you didn't say anything at all, never have ice-cream, shakes, their app shows they have items that they don't have after you already paid, and after all the wait time, if you do get lucky, you'll get a small portion of your order and it will be old and hard to eat anyway. You go in, and not an employee in sight will make eye contact or ask if you need any help whatsoever. They have kiosks they want you to use and i will never understand how they think the elderly would ever be able to come close to understanding how to use the things..I can say if you go at the crack of dawn, there are some nice employees and you get thru the line quicker. Don't go here after noon. It's best to save your money and go to another McDonald's. This place hands down sucks worse than any McDonald's in rockford and I always thought the Central location was bad. Nothing compared to 11th street.. this place should be...
