Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Nope.. Tried it twice Let down both times No coffee, just water Ordered the most simple drink It taste like back wash out of the blender Seriously, taste like tea, water, vanilla, and caramel everything but coffee .. I got back in line to get the drink replaced And still taste waterd downNever again!

Update after reading more reviews saying the exact same thing as I did it sucks because you want people to take the time out again and go on your website not offer compensation. You do realize people have to take the time effort and energy to drive in their cars for you guys to be a destination, coffee spot people are telling you your coffee is watered down that means fix it. I don’t know if you guys are trying to cut corners, are your employees are not trained? I just read your story about wanting to put more shops in this region if you guys are gonna rip people off, not only out of their money but time as well I think you guys need to rethink your menu. I also tried your Red Bull fusion drink the peachy pie. The only thing that gave it peach flavor was the Red Bull itself and that sprinkle of cinnamon on top of cold foam Was just disgusting. Jessica. Putting her name first and foremost on this review because homegirl knew what she was doing. My boyfriend and I decided to try Scooters for the first time and I’m someone who will ask the questions. We went through the drive though after seeing a sign about redbull infusions. I asked Jessica what they were and she explained it very well. Then I asked if they had any with the blueberry redbull. Unfortunately, they do not. Was excited to try the new Scooters but a few problems. Great location but I think the parking lot was poorly planned. Traffic is often blocked. Not much space here despite the store's small footprint.

I was not offered a reciept at the window, which normally isn't a big deal unless there's an issue. Unfortunately I had a few.

I ordered the Aquamarine drink, which staff assured me they'd be able to make it without Redbull. They may not had looked at my order closely since they put Redbull in it.

I also ordered the two for $5 Oreo Cake bites. They only included 1 with my order. Despite having paid for two.

I understand mistakes happen, usually not a big deal for me to just work with it or politely let staff know, but since this is a new location with 15-20 minute waits to get through the drive through, I didnt get an opportunity for the issues to...
