We ran out of coffee at home, and I needed my morning fix! I went here and was ready to pay more than the coffee was worth, but what I wasn't ready for the employee. FYI: The coffee was as good as I expected it to be!
The male employee was wearing what could only be described as a clown costume. This male had three pony tails, one out of each side of his head. White wash face paint with a black downward facing triangle under one eye and a black painted cross on the other eye. The tip of his nose was bright red.
With a white shirt, light colored cut-off jeans held up by large rainbow suspenders, the only thing missing was the super-sized red shoes.
I was offended that this employee was either confused about what job he was at or had some type of disregard for a paying customer's shopping experience. Also, the other employees seemed not to notice, and that too was making my experience trend toward a negative one.
I wanted to get my coffee and move on. I did not want a ticket to the circus that this person had going on in their head. Along with paying way more for a black coffee, then I feel that I should. This disrupted my morning.

Read moreAbsolute worst experience ever!!!!!! I ordered a Venti Iced Mocha and I got way more than I bargained for. I went to place my drink in the cup holder of my car and to my surprise the lid was not on and the Coffee went all over me and my car. The worst $500 cup of coffee I ever had. It went all over my Coach Purse and Wallet, all over my brand new jeans tank top and shirt, all over my car to where I am going to have to have it detailed. My entire outfit will have to go in the garbage and I will incurr a detail bill for my car and oh it was not even the right drink!! the little bit of the drink that I did get was a spicy Chocolate drink. And To top it all off I called to speak with a manager and I was told that there was not one available. I let the girl know on the phone what had happened and she said that if I brought in what was left of my drink, she would replace it and give me some napkins to clean myself up. I was irate!!!!!! Read moreI was ignored the whole time, while the staff got my order wrong. I watched them make it, then had to verify my OWN order. They sat talking to someone instead of making drinks. I was in a rush it took them over 20 min for one screwed up tea, instead of remaking it she overflows the tea then takes tea out with a lid.. and hands it without a sleeve or double cupped. I burned my hand on the hot tea from the lid. When I asked for another cup or sleeve I was given attitude. I Will never go to this location again. It took 4 people to make/prep a tea. Tea wasn't right anyway and bakery item wasn't warmed up either. Maybe if they had been listening to customers instead of talking to someone else, they'd get better reviews or tips! A lady next to me ordered two drinks and they also got hers WRONG. How sad, to give attitude to customers making us feel like we don't matter to them....
