I took my kiddos and Hubby here on October 23rd and the chances of us coming back is very unlikely. We played both the arcade and bowling. I will say that they did have a good variety of ticket games and traditional arcade games which was nice to see but the amount of Tokens it took to play one game was overly expensive. 400 points for 100 dollars and games are 24 points a game ... Not to mention the amount of out of order games that had no signage indicating that the games were out of order caused for alot of wasted points and an "Oh well" from employees when you'd bring it to their attention. The bowling was by far the worst experience Myself and my family have ever had. Not only were the bowling employees and management extremely rude the actually bowling experience itself was insanely terrible. It became very apparent that they do not have traditional bowling lanes after continuously having bowling balls stuck between pins because of the string attachments that hold the pins up. Another issue with the strings was that they were continously placing the pins out of order. With as many issue as we had already had the last 15 minutes of play we had our lane paused for "excessively fast" bowling meaning we were throwing our balls to quickly down the lanes with a 13mph ball.... Employees would take their time for every ball that needed to be taken out of the pins or that got stuck, and for every time we had to call them to readjust the bowling pins. So for the hour of play we had purchased the amount of bowling that was actually done was only about a half an hour. I would absolutely recommend you save your money and go to local entertainment sources. Cherry bowl and Volcano falls are good replacements with reliable employees and excellent prices. Id recommend you save your money and skip the hype...
Read moreOur family visited on January 29th. It was my first time there. We were there for about an hour and a half and during that time not one employee acknowledged or spoke to us. We encountered a couple games that just took points off our card and didn’t work including the kid’s “bowling.” Three balls came out and that was that. The score screen was black. I couldn’t believe that for as much as we spent we didn’t get one single thing from a claw machine, not even close. The claws all seem very loose and set to lose. As a photographer I did like how fun much of the place looks but ultimately we left with frustrated kids and feeling that we had flushed our money down the toilet for very little actual experience. I’m not sure I’d go back and I can’t say I’d recommend because I didn’t leave feeling that we had any fun at all. Edit 2/22/24: I emailed as instructed by the response and wasted more of my own time on a round and around of emails answering ridiculous questions for a “social media” department. “What day and approximate time was your visit?” It’s in the review. Let me copy and paste it for you. “What games did you play?” How could I list all of that? “What claw games did you play?” 🧐🙄 Then the last email after 5 back and forth …” Our team is checking the games you described to ensure they are working correctly.” I just told you they weren’t working correctly and in one of my photos included with the review you can literally see the blacked out screen. So now you don’t believe your customers either? What a way to glaze over the concern and fail at customer service. I went from being disappointed in my experience to seeing why I had that experience. Customer service is far from priority with...
Read moreJust had my son’s 10th birthday here on 11/9. We paid for the ultimate party. Comes with 3 attractions, 2pizzas, pop, cupcakes, goodie bags and a conch bag for guest of honor. We started with the spinning bumper cars. One of them didn’t work and they had no idea. And it took almost a half hour to decide to only use 3 cars. The parties are only 2 hours. So that ate into our time. By the time we got through 9 kids on those bumper cars bc there were only 3 cars working we had to go eat. They made one of the pizzas wrong but did comply that. After eating we had laser tag which the kids did enjoy. By that time it was almost 2 and time for the party to end. The kids still hadn’t been able to do the third attraction, which we paid for, and they still had their game cards to use. We never got our goodie bags or the cinch bag for my son that we paid for. He never got to play the guest of honor game either. I will be seeking a refund of some sort bc i paid &400 and didn’t get half the crap i paid for. The only upside of this was Mason. Our party host was awesome. He was hard to find at times but when he was around he was very helpful. My son and myself were...
