The 2 associates at the store were very helpful. I was informed on which phones where in stock and which could be ordered. Then I was shown which phones were on promo as well. Once I chose a phone, I was given all the specific details on each plan. They both worked very well together on giving me helpful advice on which plan would best suit me and also informed me on options to upgrade and/or downgrade in the future if I liked. Once I picked the phone and plan, I was shown case options and screen protection as well. Once my service was set up and activated she then unboxed the phone and put my case on (which looked like a pain) so the phone was protected before I could possibly damage it myself, which was unexpected since I've always done this on my own from previous carriers. So I thought that was going above and beyond and was appreciated. She then synced everything from my old phone to my new phone very easily ;) They were both extremely polite and fun to deal with which made my visit unexpectedly enjoyable for a typically less than exciting cell phone purchase. They added an additional Watch line to my account after switching from Verizon said my bill would be $180 for 3 lines and 2 Watch lines but my bill is $296. Iâm not sure who trained these people but they need simple math lessons. And the short hispanic guy who introduced himself as the district manager backed up the quote I was given so whatâs really going on? Just scamming people I guess.When i break down the bill I understand the charges but was told something completely different that I was eligle for 3 âspecial promotionsâ, but received only one promo and not for the amount I was quoted. I will be going to the corporate location from now. Called customer care and had to have credits put on my account and Iâm stuck with this garbage company because I traded in 2 devices and I canât get my original back.    Read moreI would advise these employees to learn more about the jump program! My husband and I came to this location looking to upgrade our phones, that didnât happen! Luckily we were able to go to a different location and do just that. I believe the clerks name was Alex. There was also a female there that wasnât helpful either. They were trying to tell us that it would be about $700 to upgrade two phones. That wasnât true. They did not listen when we told them we are only responsible for taxes and fees. We even had a T Mobile supervisor on the phone saying the same exact thing. The supervisor also advised them to call the RSL line for help. Obviously they did not. More training is needed at this location or maybe new employees. After going to a different location they were able to do both upgrades...
