UPSOHL'S PIZZERIA & TAVERN — Restaurant in Rockford Township

What happened to this place???!!!....The absolute worst experience ever t aonight. Hands down the worst pizza I've had since I've been coming here....Ive been here numerous times over the years and never really had any issues with the exception of them ALWAYS forgetting something. I had the LADY (who told me she's been there for a year) repeat my order twice after explaining my previous experiences...she seemed bothered and then told me she had been working for 13 hours I call at least 10 times about a half hour later to make sure they don't forget anything and no one is answering. Food gets here....driver has no change and leaves here...with my money to go get change.... Food is cold....pizza is not the same as normal....taste like canned tomato sauce .....it's half cooked.....and has been placed on top of a bed of FLOUR??? THERE WAS LITERALLY A THICK LAYER OF RAW FLOUR STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PIZZA. .. aaaaand ...they forget my cheese cake....I call them and tell the last and she tells me she can't get yelled at right now and doesn't even offer a credit. I don't know what the whole story is but I never see the owner anymore and recently heard he opened another spot on auburn called the original opsahls...I can clearly see why.... Cause the 11th st location is bootleg. Terrible food...terrible customer service. By the looks of the comments y'all need to Shut that...

I ordered my first time off of recommendation I ordered 2 1/2 pounds of boneless b cause bone in was not available BBQ was fine Pizza fine the 2nd mild 1/2 was so dry I couldn’t even pinch sauce out I order loaded nachos specifically no olives 1 st time olives came on there and no sour cream So I called and got it “fixed” Again no sour cream Call AGAIN SAID TO HAVE SOMEOEN BRING OVER SOUR CREAM AND A REDO OF MY WINGS Waited 20 minutes on top of the 1 hour and 30 ish of waiting period And no refund or exchange Pizza was great so I went over myself and I left food because at this point I do not want a credit my nachos are soggy and wings are not even edible at that point Gave me 1/2 my refund due to 1 boneless being broken apart Customers are in there harrassing me and the staff rude and mad I have no issues I just wanted my food fixed or refunded I’m pregnant 3x and the continued wait I don’t even want the food any more or a credit Continuously said they were busy and had half the bar empty It is a yay for the pizza but I won’t be returning it was disrespectful Mind you half the staff go into my job to eat as well and I give decent service for being alone So I’m...

I used to like Opsahl's until recently!

1 Week ago I ordered 2 calzone's for pickup. After picking up my order I realized there was only 1 in the bag. The bartender thought it was a joke and laughed it off while explaining to me "I only wrote 1 on the ticket". Maybe somebody needs to explain to her people like me keep her employed! They made me an extra calzone (which I had already paid for) and sent me on my way. Problem is.. I don't appreciate having to eat a cold calzone while somebody else eats a hot calzone with a single order. How hard would it have been to take my calzone back and make 2 new ones so they were the same temperature? Strike 1

Called tonight (Saturday night) to order a Meat Lovers Big Kahuna at 12am. I was told "The ovens are shut off for the night". The website clearly states "we're open everyday from 9:00am-2:am". Strike 2

Opsahl's clearly failed on the 2nd chance I gave them. They won't receive another penny from me! Hopefully your poker machines pay the bills because customer service definitely won't! I will not...
