Wingstop — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I ordered a honey barbeque wings, season cheese fries, brownie and large sweet tea. I am VERY disappointed. First the wings are way to powerful they taste like someone just dump a gallon of pepper on them. Second the cheese fries where way oved the top season thrid the sweet tea is just water with no taste. When I call and ask for a maneger i got a lady by the name of Justine and just because I ask whom I am speaking to the gave me a attitude and said this is the black girl who took your order from there it was nonthing but a disrespectful attitude and no apology or ask how can ww service u better never will I call them again. Hands down the worst place to go get wings. Update: I just found out by checking my online banking that they charge my debit card three times. When I contacted them bk to get the matter resolve and explain to them what happened they kept hanging up. This business will rip u off and steal money off of you. Let me start by saying that I love Wing Stop. Just not this wing stop. I'm used to the Indianapolis one. I looked forward to the one in Rockford opening for months while they had the opening soon sign up. However I've eaten here several times since it opened and I've been disappointed every time. They've consistently forgotten things... seasoning on the fries (the only reason the fries are good). They've also shorted me a dip on two separate occasions when i specifically payed for an extra one. 1/4 of the fries are so small they're inedible. Not even busy and it still takes 20 min. The wings are overcooked and miserably undersauced, literally no flavor. And no raannnch, gosh. I'm dying, dude. Feels like i got a brick in my stomach after eating here. All I want is to eat at my favorite restaurant but the staff here are consistently too inept to produce satisfactory service or food. Manager, owner--whoever is in charge here--please go to Indianapolis or Chicago or somewhere and see how it's done. I really want to give...

The food was good. My wings were over cooked and a little crunchy but flavor was good. My wife's food was good she didn't have any issues with hers. Every table in this place was dirty we couldn't sit there if we wanted to. Not to busy at 10pm. In my opinion I think it was a little expensive for takeout. Worth a shot to say you been there and did that. There ore other locations that we could try and might not be the same.

Our 2nd visit was on 9-07-22 We had called earlier to speak with a manager because our wings were overcooked and dry when we came here yesterday for our 1st experience with this establishment. Our opinion was drastically changed today with the respectful and egar way the manager fixed our order. He was very respectful to my wife. Today the restaurant was in much better condition with clean tables and clean floors. They replaced not only the stuff that was over cooked but the entire order all the way down to the dipping sauce....
