Arby's — Restaurant in Rockingham

I went through the drive through last evening. There was absolutely no one in line other than myself. I didn’t even have a large order. I sat in the drive through nearly an hour. To begin with I thought the young lady was being attentive asking if we wanted sauce etc. I told her yes some horshie sauce, ketchup, and salt. I watched her bag up my food then stand there in one spot and laugh and talk for about 15 more minutes before she brought my food. She included no salt, no sauce, no ketchup, nothing not even napkins or straws. My order cost almost 22 dollars for fast food that is outrageous to begin with but I expect it to be right. As long as I waited the food should have been at least warm but it was cold. My French Fry’s were cold and greasy. To say the least I was disappointed and it’s my opinion that the young lady who was working the drive through should be trained better as well as have enough couth about herself that she improves on how to do...

The drive thru police needs some customer service skills. It’s fine if you charge for add ons I don’t mind paying at all but at Least be courteous about it then act like you appreciate the business.

Last week I went and got the cheesesteak sub. There was no peppers or onions. Very little cheese and when I say little you couldn’t tell it had any. I paid $12.47 for a sub and drink. The steak was so bland and a complete waste of money. I get this all the time at the Laurinburg Arby’s about 3 times per week when it was available and it was amazing.

I really hope things change like it used to be or I’m afraid it’ll suffer like many other fast food places is. It’s getting pretty bad!

Went back today (10/09/25)got the macaroni and cheese and I think they just had taken it out of the fridge. It is cold. The cheese is not even warm at all, so unfortunately, I can’t spend any more money at this place until...

Went thru drive thru and bought a classic roast beef sandwich yesterday. Was not able to eat half of it look old and tasted awful…. Now I have food poisoning! This is not the first time I’ve got food poisoning from Arby’s in Rockingham! Cooks in fast food, restaurants need to be careful handling and making food! Fast food orders need to be freshly made for each order! I rather sit for 30 minutes and have fresh hot food then go through the line for three minutes and my food is not good, cold, old and nasty! Food poison is not fun! Have no desire for Arbys food anytime soon! I understand rush-hour comes and goes, but please take your time and give your customers fresh food at ALL TIMES! The fries were cold and not fresh at ALL! ☹️. I do thank God for coming by and helping me and giving me some strength.! God is our refuge and strength, a very present help...
