While shopping for deals on Christmas Eve, I came across a makeup (Candy Shoppe) pallette that was completely busted up. So I thought maybe I cud get 50%off being in the condition it was. When I asked at the desk while checking out, the tall associate with glasses scanned it and offered $4 off $16.99. So I declined, but the point is, this package was so badly damaged it wouldn't even hold in the product. If Goodys and TJMaxx had a baby it would be Burkes. The prices are low like at the 2 aforementioned stores. They have random stuff from other stores, but it seems more like overstock whereas TJMaxx to me seems like they have the few of each item that didn't sell at other stores. In other words, there are several of each item. Formally burkes its now Bealls. Been here 2 times, once a few months back and then today. Both times the store was quiet and clean. Seem it has a decent selection in every department. I personally didn't find anything in my taste both visits and think the selection could use some more variety if im honest....
