McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockledge

I have debated about this review for months but I have had it. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but its service times are more like a sitdown restaurant. I work 3rd shift so I usually swing by around 11 PM. If there is more than 2 cars in the drive thru I know its gonna automatically be a 20-30 min wait. Half the time the burgers are so greasy it soaks through the bag, and the orders are usually wrong. And I get the same thing, super simple $1 cheese burger only ketchup and a Dr Pepper. I have been given burgers with everything but ketchup, some one elses order, and even one time was given a burger with JUST ketchup and cheese.... NO MEAT. Tonight I got my order faster than usual but, the Dr Pepper was almost clear like water, the little cheese burger dripped grease on my lap when I opened the wrapper. (There is hardly any meat on a $1 cheeseburger so where is the grease from) I was so angry that I just through it in the trash in the parking lot. There were 3 cars in the drive thru so I couldnt have gone back around with out being late for work since the doors are locked at this time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Spent over a half hour in the drive thru with only two other cars, not busy and one of them had been sitting at the pick up window when I pulled in. Paid for the food, got to the pick up window and saw the first car in one of the reserve spots. Five minutes sitting at the window, finally somebody comes over and hands me my drink and tells me to pull into the next reserve. Which is fine, we had a biggish order. When I finally got the food, my fries were ice cold, I was missing items, the man didn't even apologize for the wait and when I asked him to hold on a second while I checked the bag, he instead just walked away. So then I had to go inside, told them my fries were cold and the items I was missing. Again, no apologies or anything. I was expecting them to be busy inside as well, but the place was basically empty and all of the employees were just standing around. Obviously I'm not expecting 5 stars from McD's or any fast food, but this was just pathetic. Finally got home only to have my husband inform me that the bun on his burger was also half frozen. I mean, what the hell? Never going to this location again. Should've just gone...

I just had the rudest most inhumane experience from your manager. I bought a coffee. I sat down at one of your tables. I got up to get a refill. I used the bathroom one time. Your manager came over and said that I left and came back. She said that they're not supposed to give refills after you come back. I told her I never left. She said you weren't here when I got here. I was probably in the bathroom. All my stuff was still sitting at the table. She said she had it on video. I said I would really like to see the video. She said no you just need to leave. I said okay I will leave and comply. I did and videoed this incident. She called the cops as I was leaving. I'm not sure why you would call the cops when I'm complying. She also yelled at me telling me to never come back. I never raised my voice and stayed calm the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous!! You'll be hearing from my...
