Horrible experience, horrible staff and trash wine. Visited this establishment once before did not care for the wine but did not hate the place until now. I was randomly charged two months after of my initial and only visit. When confronted about the random charge the staff was rude as long with a select few of customers who obviously knew the staff members personally. They made jokes back and forth about the charge in front of me and was everything but helpful. Finally after going back and forth with the staff member and other customers the manager came out of hiding. She was slightly nicer but still unpleasant and not any more useful than the initial staff. She claimed that my card must have gotten stolen and used there and I that I need to file a report. Amusingly, after further questioning she informed me that the erroneous charge was applied on a day they were not even open, so her idea that my card was stolen and only used there was surprisingly debunked. Instead of owning up to the charging mistake and making it right with a refund, an accommodation or even a sincere apology they doubled down and said it must be an issue caused by my bank and I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Long story short, do not go unless you’re into being ridiculed and talked down to in front of...
Read moreA few weekends back my boyfriend took me here for a quick tasting. We paid the $5 fee each. The wine was mediocre but was unsettled by the alarming about of sediment in the bottom of each glass that was poured. Two months later my boyfriends card was randomly charged $30. We went in to discuss it with them and they immediately talked down, scoffed at us, and even made fun of us in front of other customers. Owner even tried to make a joke about how maybe we were just too drunk to remember buying a bottle even though the day of the charge they admitted they were closed. At the end of the discussion they were not willing to accommodate or refund the erroneous charges. I will never go back after the way they...
Read moreMy dad and step mom got married across the street from here a couple months ago, and had their reception in the winery. It was a great experience, and the owners and workers were incredibly professional, kind and helpful with every step of the reception. The venue is gorgeous, and in probably the best part of Rocklin with a small town vibe there. A beautiful chapel and gardens all over the place surrounding the winery.
If you ever go here, make sure and ask for "the magic man" or "the Great Bonini" and they will fetch my old man from his cave to do some card tricks or sleight of hand. Seriously,...
