We went there on a Friday and it was busy. If it is only about food then we would probably give 4 stars as food was good but restaurant experience is more than just food.
When we entered there was a sign that wait here to be seated. They do not have a waiting area inside and it was cold outside. I stood at that sign for 15 minutes and no one came. There was an empty table but we waited at the sign as we did not want to be rude. In the meantime a couple walked in and sat at the table and no one said anything. When 5 min later they even went to take their order, I finally walked up to the main counter inside and they said that they will take my name and it will be 15 min.
We waited outside for 15 min and now 2 more families came and everyone was waiting in the cold outside. 15 min later the staff came out and told us that it will take another 15 min. Since kids were cold and tired of standing for 45 min, we told them that we will wait in the car and come back in 15 min.
We came at 7 pm and at 8 pm I called them from the car to ask if we should come in and the person said 15 more min. After 15 min when we went inside both the other families were already seated and eating. This made us very upset and I went to the counter to ask why they were already seated already when we came first. The person said that they have a list and asked my name. He looked in the list and said he does not see my name. Then the other lady came and said that she put our name on another list at 7.00 p.m. The list is literally a piece of paper.
Looks like they do not have any one system of taking names and anyone can just walk in and sit.They said that give 10 min and they will clean a table. We were finally seated at 8.20 p.m. after almost 1.5 hour wait. We went for a birthday after reading good reviews online and the completely ruined it.
As if that was not enough few day later we saw the charge posted on our credit card for $10 more. Not sure if this was an honest mistake in entering but they are a business so they should be more professional. We finally called our credit card company and disputed the charge. Luckily we still had the receipt so it was fixed.
If they had told us upfront that it will be 1 hour or so wait, we would have gone elsewhere but they kept increasing 15 minutes at a time.

Atmosphere and Family-Friendliness We arrived 40 minutes before closing, and despite the large number of patrons, the restaurant was quiet and cozy. The well-arranged tables, free from unnecessary hustle and crowding, were perfect for a family dinner with children. The national music created a festive mood; our toddler, after finishing his meal, started dancing, and our teenage daughter finally smiled.
Food and Drinks The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also very delicious. We ordered a mix of beef, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables on a sizzling skillet—the rich flavors and variety of textures left us impressed! The dish was accompanied by rice, beans, and guacamole, which complemented the main course perfectly. My husband especially enjoyed his favorite spicy beer, Michelada, it was a pleasant addition to the dinner.
Service The staff was very friendly and attentive; the service was quick and unobtrusive. We appreciated that, despite the late hour, no one rushed us, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace on this special evening.
Overall Impressions The restaurant is a wonderful place for special occasions, such as birthdays, as well as for those who love authentic Mexican cuisine and a calm atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return to try other dishes...
Read moreWow! What a terrible experience and even worse customer service. If I could I would leave no stars. I ordered from here tonight for dinner and had DoorDash deliver over $90 in food. After getting my food from my dasher, I opened the food and noticed two of my items were missing, and my husbands fajitas were missing there tortillas. Called the restaurant and spoke with Leticia, who was extremely rude and un-helpful. She argued with me and told me I definitely put that in the bag, the door dash driver must have taken them. Like are you serious?! Your blaming the driver!! She said well I have no way of getting you the food so you will just have to get over it. Then I asked her for a refund on my dinner, we can’t eat fajitas without tortillas. I payed for food I never received. She then proceeded to tell me that they are separate from DoorDash and I would have to take it up with them if I wanted a refund! Just the worst customer service. She is rude, unhelpful and not a very good employee. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience and tell them not to eat here.
