Quarry Park — Attraction in Rocklin

Lots of fun things to do at the park. Enjoyed our time yesterday 8/13/22 from 3:30 to closing. Especially the guy that hooked us up for repelling and zip lining. Wish I could shout him out but I don’t know his name. We didn’t know that the park closed at 5 and they stop aerial at 3:00 so if you want to do that make sure you arrive earlier in the day. Apparently it takes about 3-4hrs to complete. A few things that could make our experience better. Yes there was some nice workers but some of them just had a bad attitude and kind of made you feel like not going back. It was hot, they were tired, but you’re getting paid my guy! ex. Telling us to run up the hill cause they are about to close, rude when removing us from zipline, rude when telling us to stop rock climbing and go ziplining. Waters throughout the park were not cold. They were in a cooler but there was no ice no nothing and it was 90+ degrees. One of the kids in the group was suffering from heat exhaustion and we asked if she could be taken back up the hill in a golf cart. They told us the golf cart wasn’t available but proceeded to use it just as we got her up the hill. It was fun but customer service isn’t the best. The price of the tickets weren’t worth our experience yesterday. With how many workers they have, maybe rotate them more often so they don’t have bad attitudes when going out...
