Oh my gosh, what an experience. I haven't come to include this location in "best places to eat in the area," but..... today was an experience. The front employee was screaming orders to people behind her. It was chaotic. They were selling Frappuccino's and having people wait in parking spots for them Only to find out the machine was down and no one said anything. Words were exchanged between the girl working the counter and customers . When they asked for a refund, they hadn't been given a receipt, so she explained there was nothing that they could do. Fortunately, I wouldn't waste another second of my energy there. Because too we did not receive a receipt. I don't know who manages this store. Honestly, I've never had a memorable positive experience here. But the screaming and chaos that I experienced was enough to keep me away. Overwhelming and chaotic. That is what I would describe the atmosphere like. 0 stars ...... corporate should really take more of an interest in what is going on. There is no way I would ever have my name associated with that kind of nonsense. Do better. And until then, I'll just expect less. Ps. I hate leaving bad reviews. I try to give an extra star because I know we all have "those days" but everyday cannot be one of "those days" its sad to see what was once one of our Generations greatest place for fun and birthdays. Other than the chucky cheese . Rest in shambles . It is barely recognizable to anyone who remembers when. Sad that our children and grandchildren will know of this chain by these experiences. And not the days of glory and 1985, lol. Not that we expect it to be. Times change. Demands change. Yada Yada. We get it. But if you can't leave with a good memory. At least don't leave them...
Read moreWould give less than 1 star but not an option. Pulled up to speaker on left with no one in front of me. They told me to hold. Someone then pulled up to speaker on right of me to order. They proceeded to take their order ahead of mine. So I pulled up to first window and asked are you serious? She apologized and asked if she could take my order. I said yes I want the real beef burgers advertised on TV. They come out medium and everyone says they are under cooked but that is how I like them. She says so you want them well done? I said no medium. She said we can do that. What else? That's it 2 medium quarter pounder with cheese and bacon plain (she assured me those could be cooked the way I asked). $12. Nothing else. $12 for 3 McDonald burgers. Pull to next window. They say pull forward and give the person behind me who got to order before me a huge bag of food and a happy meal. Fine... if I get medium well. Well they weren't. And when I ask for my money back they say well they are cooked on a timer and you didn't ask for a manager. So apparently after the cashier that helped me after drive through person ignores me assured me they could get me what I wanted for a huge price for McDonald's burgers I should have known to ask for a manager if I wanted them cooked a special way which is exactly how they use to cook them before complaints of being under cooked and how I was told they would be by the cashier who was trying to fix the issue of me being bypassed in the drive through. But the manager made no effort. Was slow to get my money back and told me it was my fault for trusting a cashier that runs the register and not the grill which is on a timer and I should have somehow known to ask for a manager and not...
Read morePulled through drive through Saturday April 18. We were looking forward to enjoying a milkshake and my daughter wanted an Oreo McFlurry. Began to place our order including a couple of meals too. The young girl taking orders was rude by saying what did you say when she was unable to hear our order. We repeated the order. My husband then asked her to give us another minute. Apparently she was distracted by the other employee yelling/fussing loud enough for us to hear her through the speaker. She totaled out the order before we were finished ordering. So we asked what flavor shakes were available because none were listed on menu. She told us the flavors then said you’ll have to add it at first window rudely. We proceeded to first window to be greeted by the other rude employee that we believe to be the one yelling. She repeated our order. My husband stated he wanted to add something to the order. She said exasperatedly “What do you want?” We added the shake and then began to add a cheeseburger, this was returned with “What else do you want?, with attitude. My husband said I feel you have an attitude with me? She gave him a look...so we drove off. She yelled out window...YOU DON’ T WANT IT! I get times are rough right now, but I’m sure some individual who needs a job would be grateful to take their place with a smile. Arby’s across the way was super nice and even extended our order by asking if we wanted additional items....
