bon fresco — Restaurant in Rockville

Love that they opened a location near my office. Not walking distance, but easy to get to by car. There's plenty of parking as this is in the middle of office buildings, and they have a few parking spaces right up front.

Love that they have mini sandwiches for under $5. You can pair it with a small size soup for an additional $2. Great price point for lunch and the portions are just right for me.

I enjoy the pesto chicken sandwich. There's lots of flavor to go with their fresh baked breads. I've had the mushroom vegetable and tomato saffron soups. But are very good and loaded with flavor. I could easily make a meal out of a large serving of soup with some of their bread. I picked up a blueberry scone the other day and it was yummy. Moist, airy and loaded with blueberries!

Bon Fresco is on my list of go to places for lunch during the work week. Will have to check it out on a Saturday when they serve...

So, I was randomly searching for a new lunch place near my office a few weeks ago, and I ended up finding Bon Fresco in Rockville. Maybe 1 mile from where I work. I was surprised I had not found it before.

I couldn't be happier! I have ordered from here probably 4 or 5 times so far, and the food and service is absolutely fantastic.

I keep meaning to order a salad to see how they are, but the sandwiches are so good that I can't bring myself to order anything else. Also, the sandwiches I've had - London Broil, Corned Beef, Picante Chicken - are so good I haven't tried the other 15 or so sandwiches because these are amazing.

The bread is amazing, and the people that work there are the best.

Online ordering is probably the most efficient system I've ever used.

So, I can't really say enough good thing about Bon Fresco at this point. I look forward to trying many...

I first found out about Bon Fresco when I worked at an office close to the Columbia Location. It quickly became my go to lunch spot. I have always been pretty critical about sandwich places, most are mediocre at best. I've always said that I don't care how good the ingredients are that fill your sandwich, if the bread is trash, your sandwich is trash. Bon Fresco has THE BEST BREAD, and they use top quality ingredients for all their sandwich recipes. Flash forward to 2021 when I bean working at a new office located in Rockville and discovered that there is a Bon Fresco just minutes away, I was so happy and got all of my office mates hooked as well. The only problems with this location is the limited menu compared to Columbia and it's hours. Since it is in the middle of an office park, their business is basically dictated by the schedule of the offices buildings...
