Bubble Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Rockville

I use to come here a lot a while back before kung fu tea and teado opened. I was so hyped up about those two places that i forgot how great this place was. I went back recently and i loved it. I got a large mango green tea (juice tea). Their green tea is probably the best out of all the bubble tea places that ive been to. It has a very nice flowery taste to it which compliments the mango flavor very well. I like this place a lot becuase they don't drown their bubble teas in syrup, you can take the syrup but you can also taste the tea. My favorite part though is the bubbles. I dont know if they soak their bubbles in brown sugar/ honey, but it doesnt taste like it....i really like this! The honey/brown sugar soak is overwhelming at other bubble tea shops. Their bubbles are sweet but the sweetness doesnt interfere with the tea itself. The bubbles are also really tiny which I love. I am updating my review as it has been 3 years since I reviewed Bubble Tea Cafe. Bubble Tea Cafe continues to be the cost effective bubble tea place around. The large size bubble tea is bigger than any place else and cost about the same price (you get way more tea at this place). The rewards program is the best out there with by six get one free. I can not speak highly enough of Tina and Ruby who are amazing, kind, thoughtful and treat us like family. I have been going here at least three times a week for years and the quality has always been phenomenal. The bubbles are the perfect consistency and the tea and flavoring is great. I got confused with matcha and mocha, Just 2 days before I brought mocha, They did not explain that matcha is green tea and mocha is chocolate coffee even after seeing me confused, They gave me green tea, When i drank i came to know it was green tea and I dont like it at all, They said they will change it generously for no cost and gave me the same with just mix of chocolate and brownish color, I tasted it after i went to car, It had the green tea taste only , Looks like they kept bubbles and just added some chocolate milk for color change.
