He overwrites the dimensions set in the store (the one you agreed upon when you place the order and they charge you for it) to do it the way he thinks its right, doesn’t matter if subjects in the artwork will be hidden or changed. You are not talking to the one who actually does the work at the store and there is obvious miscommunication among them.
