I placed a pick up order over the phone last night & it was perfect. We decided to have a lazy Saturday with Pizza today, we decided to place a duplicate order of last night’s-the person that took my order today asked me several times to repeat the order, which I did. I picked up the order in about 40mins.

When we got home, I told my daughter to help herself to some; she kept saying it didn’t taste the same. I told her maybe it was because it was barely warm. After eating a slice, she closed the box & told me she didn’t like this one. I checked the box & realized they didn’t add one of the toppings, I called the store right away & spoke with an associate, she offered to make a fresh pizza but that she’ll just have to let her manager Brad know what happened. Brad, the manager came on the phone & aggressively said, “Ma’am you’re not getting free pizza!” I was shocked! I said, “ Sir you don’t understand, I didn’t receive what I ordered & I am not looking for free pizza - they messed up the order even though the attendant had me repeat it several times.” I told him my daughter only had 1 slice & I’m happy to bring the remainder back so he could see that we weren’t satisfied. He said “we are not refunding you for a half eaten pizza, if you want us to make you fresh pizza the way you want it, you will have to pay for it!” I cannot believe this! Never ordering from this...

I never leave reviews unless service is extremely bad or good. Ordered delivery from Mamma Lucia’s for the first time and was super excited about receiving my order. Online confirmation stated order would be delivered at 12:59pm, I called at 12:55pm to inquire about notification of delivery pickup. Assuming I spoke to manager who stated they called me from several numbers, hence I only had one missed call around 12:30pm, no message, no text, no additional call. She then stated my order was left on a table as instructed by leasing consultant. When I went to pick up my order, there was only a delivery for another person, completely different restaurant. I then called the restaurant back, to see if they delivered to the correct building, because I have never had issues with delivery with any other service. She then proceeds to practically call me a liar, sarcastically asks if I had a black table “because that’s where he left it” etc...etc..etc. I’m sure you can gather the tone. By this point, I don’t trust a remake, this was her solution, no apology, only practical blame. I am disappointed because the gentleman who answered the phone prior to me order seemed much more professional. During a time such as these (Covid) I love supporting...

The restaurant was an absolute gem from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was just right—a perfect mix of cozy and elegant—making it a great spot for both a casual dinner and a special night out. The staff was attentive, friendly, and never rushed me, which made the whole dining experience feel personal and enjoyable.

But what really made the night unforgettable was the food, especially the fettuccine Alfredo. I’ve had this dish countless times, but theirs truly stood out as the best I’ve ever tasted. The pasta was cooked perfectly—tender but with just the right amount of bite—and the sauce was unbelievably creamy and rich. It had this beautiful balance of garlic and cheese that wasn’t overpowering but added so much depth to the dish. Each bite of that silky, luscious sauce coating the pasta was like a little indulgent moment of comfort.

After finishing my meal, I was already planning my next visit. The combination of the warm atmosphere, great service, and that incredible fettuccine Alfredo made this night something special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying dining experience.

Today, it was pizza-but a perfect slice to make my day fun!
