Lin's Garden — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

I have ordered from them several times and my order is always the same exact thing, egg foo young with no onions. The time prior to this last time that I ordered I noticed they gave me a small rice instead of a large and chalked it up to people make mistakes. Today I ordered once again, large as usual and received the same small rice (I didn't pick the order up someone else did). I called and the person i spoke with told me it comes with a small rice. I explained to her that I've been ordering the same exact thing for over 2 years and it most certainly doesn't come with a small rice. Another order on our ticket was beef fried rice and wings...I was informed that neither one was good. She was steadily sticking to her story, when I know better. I advise anyone ordering from them to inquire/and or check their order before leaving the establishment. I informed her that I will NOT be ordering from them again and I mean it....don't try to cheat people out of their money, then lie about it Lin's Garden. As soon as I walked in the store cashier had a attitude off the bat!! She did not give me a chance to speak before she asked "what did you order" and as I was about to proceed of telling her my order she said very loudly and rude "Speak into the microphone" and I honestly did not see the microphone so it was not any reason for her to yell. After that she proceeded to say again "what did you order!!" I told her my order very nice and calm. Then she slammed my food into the little door window that they had. Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend eating from this place until they get her attitude...

The food is pretty good. But their customer service is AWEFUL! They are extremely rude and tend to rush you while over the phone. Whoever answers the phone and takes the orders really needs to work on her people skills. I called to place an order and was put on hold twice, which isn't that big of a deal. What got me is she never told me to hold on she just put the phone down while I could hear her taking other people's orders. Then hung up on me before I was even done...
