This is my third time being in Burlington Coat Factory Since it opened. Found a very nice comforter and a shower curtain set that match very well. The store was clean and spacious and very well lit. They had about 4 cashiers working and that seemed to work very well.

This place closes at 9:30 not 10pm. I was pushed out by employees that kept mentioning we close in 30 mins. At 9:30 they locked the door. At 9:43pm they said they were gonna “refuse service in 3 minutes. The register will be gone”. Was unable to buy anything.. So not only were the employees lazy and incompetent but also use horrible grammar because well.. they’re halfwits. Reporting them...

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The visit for my daughter’s dorm shopping reminded me of why I do not shop here. No greeting by the cashier, Sydirah or a thank you in addition to the sour expressions and seemingly not wanting to work with the public. My daughter had more manners than the employee. Definitely needs training on customer service or...

I waited till the last moment to do a little bit of last-minute Christmas shopping. Used to go to Burlington, South Carolina, and this store seemed to be very cluttered. It was really hard to find anything in there. The more time I spent in there, the more time I grew frustrated. I love this store and will be back in just hope it is...
