I have been eating and ordering Little Ceasars Pizza's for years. We have several different pizza restaurants in town that you can choose from but Little Ceasars has always been my all time favorite. I usually never complain about my food unless it is really bad but this is one time I just feel the need to. I don't know what has happened there but for the past 6 months, give or take, and every single pizza that I have ordered within that time, has been absolutely horrible. This really breaks my heart to have to say but whatever is going on, whatever changes has been made, it's bad. I bought my most recent one on Friday, Jan. 13th, 2017 around 5:00 ish. The crust was huge, big and bubbly on one side and the other side was thinking n flat. There was soooo much sauce on it that it was squishing and oozing out every where. A total mess. I ordered a supreme with no sausage, as I've always ordered and it use to be fixed to perfection every single time with plenty of nice, chunky, freshly chopped veggies and toppings but this time as was the past doz. or so, it was barely any toppings at all. I ate 1/2 of 1 piece and my dogs are the rest. Anyway, I've really been so disappointed with my last purchases and as much as I love pizza it will be a long, long time, if ever, that I buy another pizza from Little Ceasars. Oh yeah, and I'm not the only one that is feeling this way. Several of my friends have agreed with me and say the exact same things about their pizzas and experience there also. I would love for the big guys to come in and do some retraining on how to make the perfect tasting pizza. I'm sure gonna miss that place. đđI would like to hear from the owner about this. Has there been changes made as to how their pizzas are made? Has the ingredients been changed or something?    Read moreGiving 1 star because I can't give them 0. Absolutely awful service, they didn't even try to be nice about it. Ordered using the app with a pickup time in one hour. Arrived 5 mins before pickup time and was told wasn't ready yet, would be a few more minutes, and to pull around front. That was fine because I was a little early. Waited out front for 25 mins, no one brought out my pizza. Front of store is dark, no lights on, with door locked. See pictures. Called store number to ask how much longer. They dont answer the phone. Pulled back through the drive through and asked if my order was ready, girl acts like she doesn't know what I'm talking about and tells me to pull up to window. I pull up to window where I sit and wait another 5 mins before a girl walks over and just sticks 2 pizza boxes out the window to me and walks off. No "sorry about the wait", no explanation, not even a goodnight. Its not as if they were super busy or anything, there were only 2 other cars to come after us during this 30+ minute wait. And on top of all this the pizzas were not even hot, and not correct, the cheese pizza had meat on it making it allergy unfriendly. Will not be returning...
   Read moreI generally appreciate the good service and budget friendly pizza at the Rocky Mount Little Caesarâs on Tanyard..however my recent experience had rough spots. When ordering 4 pizzas, I called to ask about allergen info, the response I received was dismissive. They said, âdude, itâs flour, sauce, and cheese. If you die from it, thatâs on you. I donât read allergy labels.â which made me feel unheard.. Iâd hoped to speak with a manager for clarification, but unfortunately, they werenât available even after a 10 minute wait. I hung up! Additionally, when picking up the order, requesting 10 napkins led to a comment about it not being a full service rsetaurant.. they said âYou know weâre not a full service restaurant, right? You might be a little messy if you need that many napkins.â which feels unnecessary. Despite these interactions I do still value the affordability and the quality of a good Little Caesarâs pizza.. the manager I spoke with when I picked up the order was quite apologetic. They said they canât find better help.. I hope these problems will be addressed for more consistently...
