IVY Smoker’s Boutique - Rocky Mount — Local services in Rocky Mount

This problem occurred at the Vinton location and I’m posting here just to make people aware that they could be paying way too much! Original post below.

Just overall sad that this place charges almost double for products that are located across the street at Matthew’s for less than half the price. Purchased a couple atomizers and when I got home I realized the price was double to other places I have bought them in the past. Other places charge $7.99 for one they are charging $14.99 highway robbery! Upon stating I’d like a return I was told they didn’t and then asked to leave the store because I questioned the cashier about the price saying it’s wrong. Also to be a smoker “boutique” I should never have to step over dog feces or be told by the employee that I can help myself to the plate glass cases to look at glass. Also I get it a smoke shop but it’s a business as well. I should not smell burnt marijuana “delta 8” everytime I walk in the store. Just be careful people Huff n Puff or Matthew’s tobacco are far superior places to shop. The picture included is of the prices at Matthew’s of the products I purchased....

This place is awesome!! There was a mess up with the delivery of my package and it wasn't Ivy's fault and it was sent back. About an hour after I received the notice someone from Ivy called and told me she was going to mail another package for me right then so I didn't have to wait for them to mail it back. This wasn't really their fault and I was dreading having to call Monday because I wouldn't imagine a place dealing with something like this on a Saturday around 6. I think that is going above and beyond and I really appreciate that kind of customer appreciation, I'll call it. Makes me want to keep coming back and want to wish them good luck what they are doing and keep up the good work and good things surely...

I go to the one in Salem Virgina and it's by far the best one in Roanoke area. I have been to many, and I thought when new management came in it wouldn't be the same as before. However, I was wrong this is my store, and I am in love with the products. However, I bought a vape on sale and it didn't work but it was a chance I had to take. Only gripe I have but other that this is where I get everything from. Vapes, cbd, thc rolling papers and more. Its priced wonderfully!!!! There's is one young man who is always there and so polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service and even a rewards program. Its right by Subway in Lakeside...
