Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Rocky River

I really enjoy coming here for the breakfast sandwiches and the vanilla cold brew. The works and manager have always been super nice and they seem to have a good team. The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because they still haven't opened up the dining room which is a struggle when you're hungry now with warm food you'd like to eat. The All Nighter is too messy to eat in the car without getting the sauce everywhere. The App seems to be having some issues connecting to the store (just a FYI) so I was charged for my sandwich and still had to repurchase it inside (which defeats the purpose of having the app). I ended up needing to be credited the amount after a few days because it didn't fall off my account.

Really great food, good drinks, but please OPEN the dining room. I understand it may create a little more work but you'll get more people spending money who are able to do work/ school stuff there. Even Bruegger's in Westlake (sister company) plans on opening back up in...

Overall the bagels are well made, the service is almost always pleasant and efficient and the place is clean, well managed and kept. The problem is those of us who remember when a bagel with cream cheese used to cost 99 cents or less, also remember how the bagel was huge and came with a ton of cream cheese. Nowadays, a bagel with cream cheese is $3.30, has shrunk significantly and comes with practically no cream cheese. The portion needs to be adjusted to reflect the price. Not suggesting they should lower their prices, it's understandable that the cost of everything has gone up and the sale price of the final product has to reflect that. But to raise prices and at the same time reduce portion size seems a little disingenuous. Maybe the store should be renamed Einstein Bros...

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rocky River is one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick, satisfying breakfast or lunch. The bagels are always fresh, and they have a great variety of options to choose from. I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches—especially the All-Nighter—and their coffee is consistently good.

The staff is friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy. Service is quick, and the space is clean and comfortable if you want to sit and eat for a bit. It’s also super convenient if you’re just grabbing something on the go.
