I have had the displeasure of waiting in line, twice this week, while other customers ordered extravagant amounts of things while the 1 cashier they have on duty should have been given some assistance so the rest of us are not left waiting exorbitant amounts of time for 1 cup of coffee. On Monday, 1 man ordered 10 boxes of bagels and of course he had to choose them all specifically. It took so long that several of us just walked out. Today, Tuesday, a lady ordered $75 worth of $5 gift cards, obviously for a kid's party, no problem. I asked the cashier if she would please call for assistance. She did not move nor did she respond to my request. I asked 2 other employees that just kept walking by if they would please help her and us as the line was getting longer and longer. They did not respond or help. Finally, I went to the drive-thru area and requested that the manager do something and help this poor child. The large order was not the problem. The problem was being too afraid and intimidated to ask for help. The manager finally stepped over, fixed my coffee and left. The other customers are like, "What's her problem!" Something is wrong there. #1 - Staff should not be scared to ask their manager for help. #2 - The Manager should be observant enough to see when an employee has an unusual order and offer their assistance to the customers so we can get in and out. (It is after all FAST FOOD!") #3 - The other staff should be willing to offer their assistance instead of having the attitude that it's not their problem. #4 - The Manager should not have an attitude about being asked to do what she should have stepped up to do in the first place! And Finally, Dunkin' Donuts must honor the customer that comes for their coffee and breakfast every morning just like they value the person who comes in once in a blue moon and makes 1 large order. I love Dunkin' Donuts way more than Starbuck's and 7-Eleven. I need your service to be as good as...
Read moreNote to self: Don't go back to this Dunkin'. Even if it's been months and you think, "Oh, they have an offer for $2 any size any drink. I'll give them another try..." DON'T DO IT!
I had been going here for years, but last December the product quality, the customer service, and the deals have been going downhill. It's just not worth it anymore. Today was the last straw.
I ordered an Iced Latte on the app, but when I arrived I learned that their machine was broken. They offered to make me something else, but I think we all know that when there's something you want, a substitute just won't do. A refund is the only answer. So I asked for one.
"Can't do it," they said. I believe this, because the App is controlled by corporate, and they are a franchise. Fine.
Then I asked for a gift card so that I can come back later when the machine is fixed.
"Can't do it," they said. This I don't believe. They can easily scan a gift card at their register and load it up with any amount they want. So I asked point blank, "You can't or you won't?" No answer, except to repeat again that the only option is to make me something else.
Not good enough, especially when everyone knows that a gift card is a viable option. Things never got heated, but I could feel myself getting frustrated at the obvious lie.
So that's why I'm never going to this particular Dunkin' again....
Read moreThis location is horrible I just ordered in store from this location I went there for the buy a drink and get a donut free but they charged me for the donut and when I went to get my drink I see the label on my drink it only has iced latte and almond milk but I ordered a iced hazelnut latte which I told the barista who made my drink and another one who overheard it and said they’ll redo the drink I waited over 10 mins and they didn’t redo my drink they went to helping other people and they both knew and saw me waiting by the counter and then the barista who overheard the conversation saw me and asked again if I’m waiting for something I told her again that I asked for a iced hazelnut latte not a plain iced latte she took the plain iced latte and I thought she was going to redo the drink since the iced melted NO she just put the shots of hazelnut on the melted drink and gave it back to me I waited over 10 mins only for them to give me back what is now a diluted drink mixed with melted ice water. This location has over 7 people who apparently have a hard time making a drink that you ordered when I have went to other locations with only 1-2 baristas working which I would think would be more stressful but no they’re the ones who know how get to your...
