Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Rogers Park Township

Ordered online. Filled out info. Address etc for delivery. Never delivered. Called and was verbally treated to insults. They insisted I ordered for pick up even when I have messages with ETA.

Usually go every week as walk in to Skokie.. but was watching friends kids and could not leave in Roger's Park. Don't think I will be ever going back to any Jet Pizza.

Even if I had made a mistake, people do make mistakes..... the insults weren't called for and clearly reflect poor training and management.

Keep the money. And guess where you can stuff your pizza.

Store claims I never spoke to them.

Ok. Phone log sent to corporate and guess what...Pizza still not delivered.

They do not address the claim that they charged me...sent me ETA of delivery and still NO PIZZA .

I know who I called and after the abuse a manager tried to call back 2 hrs later.

Damage down the kids got to hear what Jets pizza thinks of customers.

Notice in their response they do not address the fact they charged but...

Pizza was decent. However, something has changed and now they skimp on the toppings and overcook the pizza. And the counter service is terrible. I talked to the manager about it and he said, "What do you want me to do about it". When I pressed him about the lack of toppings ($2 each), he seemed confused about what I was talking about. And then told me that he'd make a note and they'd count the toppings next time I ordered. Is there going to be a next time? Not sure.

UPDATE: I changed my rating because of what happened tonight. We gave them another try. The topping issue was much better on tonight's order. And the manager remembered my name and gave me a free dessert. It's always very much appreciated when a business pays attention to...

So I came into the pizza place to order pizza I had a coupon and my friend had a different type of coupon and the big Spanish guy dark skinny with tattoos refuse to service refuse to take our orders just because we walk in through the door together my friend could have used his own coupon that was different for mine which I wasn't combining them because on the coupon said that it cannot be combined together we were two different customers with two different coupons the guy didn't even want to listen I said you could do it he refused to had such a attitude didn't even greet us when we walked in instead he slammed the board that goes down by the cash register like I said it was my first time there horrible...
