Romanian Kosher Meats — Local services in Rogers Park Township

Apparently this company does not take the time to properly prep the meat by trimming the fat removing the cartilage and skin from the meats they use to make their beef chopped liver. This has been an issue for many years know. Their should not be white pieces of cartilage in the chopped liver and their should not be what looks like string in the chopped liver which the company says is skin. I called the company and to them they act like this is normal. It is not a normal practice to just throw everything into a machine without taking the time to clean and prep the meats used in all their products before processing. Finding what looks like string in your beef chopped liver is nothing less than disgusting. I will not eat another product made by Romanian and I encourage you as well to stop purchasing their products until they start making food that is safe to eat. 5 stars is because hands down Romanians Kosher Sausage is the best in the business. Romanians is recognized throughout the world as being the best in the game. Pricess haven't changed over the years if they did they were minimal. They offer deli sandwiches on roll or bread with a mustard option. The meat quality is amazing. Honestly the Rib Eye steaks are the literally are to die for. The hot dogs and Burgers are the best quality. Chopped liver done right. There a reason it has been open since 1957 and restaurants all over the world order their meat.
